Come to South Florida, go up Snake Road from I-75 to US-41. Nice Everglades run. Seminole Village North of I-75 has an RV park. We stayed a few times. Laid back. Ride to Ave Maria (Town and University)

Tara and Chad, Your videos have a special American soul to them. I’ve been binge watching and enjoying all your videos. You two are a great couple. Tara you inspire me to push through pain and not let it stop you from enjoying life. You are also an awesome editor. Your video montages are highly skilled, yet still organic. Chad is a great man and is really a brilliant guy. I’m a recently retired IT guy and can really relate to his geeking out on techno gadgets and making technology work for you. Cheers to you both. Please on doing what you are doing!

Love the New Smyrna Area. We camp in Oak Hill ALOT...actually kept our camper there most of last year so we could haul the boat down most weekends. Norwoods is one of my favorite restaurants in the area along with Goodrich's seafood. Yes not much to do in Deland.

Hope you enjoyed New Smyrna I remember Norwoods was my first job in 1980. Also have had a few to many beverages at Toni and Joes.

Your videos are so relaxing... I know there is more to your day, but I enjoy the chill relationship and lifestyle you two have. We are like that too... We are launching in a few months to live full time on the road. We are retired so we are lookin for a chill lifestyle and most of all FREEDOM. I love your rides. We just (2 days ago) sold our Harley and are opting for a Jeep Rubicon to get us where we want to go when we park the "RV home". We are selling our 25' Airstream because we bought a 38' Super C Motor motor home, because its going to be our home, not camping. Changing up our lives just a bit for a life of adventure and more travel! Hubby found your wifi video very interesting. He too is a "techie" You lost me at WiFi Ranger. Hahahaha! Cheers! Changing Lanes Interesting, I served aboard to Kennedy in 1973, and I took a cat shot in E2 and did the routine with them. I flew nights normally. Great times! Thanks for your service. Look us up we will ride with you (Harley driver) in South Fl.

Just getting around to seeing this video, met you guys at the Tampa RV show last weekend, wish I had known at that time you were a fellow Bear Ace AT. Wow, small world, I was at the squadron from '93 through '97, I see you are proudly wearing the now infamous Bear Azz patch, which was unfortunately banned in '96 shortly before I left the service. We had a great shop crew but those Group 0 birds were really run into the ground, requiring significant maintenance all the time. I bet you can still remember all the WRA numbers in the Radar like I do, how about the high power chain 36, 35, 42, 34, etc … low power side 32, 31, (9), 30, etc etc … yeah man, bet I triggered some fond memories of being out on the sea wall in hangar SP1, fod walk down in the winter time sucked!!! What timeframe were you there? Our CO was Wolters (sp?) at that time.
@lordtule6654 жыл бұрын
The Big John was probably a bad azz boat in the '70s, unfortunately when it came out of the Philly shipyards in the '90s it was a rust bucket, leaving the shipyard with more problems than when it went in, such a shame. I rode that boat to England and Ireland in '96, when in Portsmouth England pier side, the hangar bay was cleared and converted into a big party deck including a dance floor and a hangar bay length bar. Full black tie party was hosted onboard for foreign dignitaries and VIPs, only a limited amount of ships crew got invitations.

How many months do you grease your bearings on your Fifth wheel
@ChangingLanes5 жыл бұрын
I planned on doing it every 6 months, but it was more like a year the first time. Just using the EZ Lube built into the Dexter axles, it's pretty easy. Will have a video on that later this year.

I really appreciate your channel ! I'm on the Internet searching for RV's... stumbled across you guys?😊 I'm in Rocklin California. I hate California Politics but the weather is Perfect! I know you guys are heading North... Perhaps you may be in this area? Chad your music that you use on your video's is awesome What's the possibility of Letting us know who the artist is? For instance No lyrics just guitar playing Absolutely cool !! Thank you ! Marc
@ChangingLanes5 жыл бұрын
Hey, Marc... Tara does all of our editing and music selection. We get asked fairly often about how to get the music in our videos. We use EpidemicSound.com for all of our music under a creators license (to avoid copyright violations). We reached out to them about individual purchases and they indicated they were working to get the whole library into iTunes but it will take some time. We do know that some of the tracks are there, but many are not. Best way to find out is to use the Shazam app or ask Siri "what's this song" (Siri uses Shazam) as the music part plays in our video. If it's available, Shazam should recognize it and show you where you can download it. Hope that helps! Thanks for following our journey! 😊

Practically in my "hood" 😉 you didn't miss much in Deland. That strip of downtown is about all there is to see. There are some good restaurants though. New Symrna beach is beautiful. So much nicer than Daytona Beach. We won't go there. And Sanford,,,, nothing there to see. Anyway, always enjoy your videos.
