I think this mod fits super well with the base isaac game as a general replayability improvement. Adding a unique floor with such good mechanics and flavor that only shows up occasionally can totally reshape a run! Great concept, I’d love to see this idea pushed more. What if the third floor of every run was more than just a random reskin and actually shaped your build?

Tech 2 doesn't remove your other eye's shots, it just turns them into special tech 1 shots that aren't moved by momentum like normal tech 1 is, so you cant really see them but you can hear it while firing, makes tech 2 on Cain or with stapler a free tech 1 ontop of it and its really good

There should've been something more like blood clot. Affects only one eye. Like Spirit Sword could just take up an "eye slot" and you could still have normal tears too. Or some other things that mess with the fact you have 2 eyes.

Going based off nothing but purely the names. It sounds like it could be a blue baby, forgotten, lost only secret room. Since they're all dead, they have "no future" in the sense that they can't see their future as a living boy anymore. But they can still experience the future from the afterlife, but to truly do so. They have to fight nevermore (I'm gonna assume a gate keeper basically telling these characters that their story ends right there) and defeat him to continue on existing Or you know, have it just for fun
