I recently purchased the 2024 Mazda CX-30 Select variant, although I considered going for the base variant. The cloth upholstery in the base model is more durable, and the tires it comes with are significantly more affordable-about 50% cheaper than the ones on my current car

The only issue is the materials used on the steering wheel (polyurethane). They do not aged well. Better put a steering wheel cover, leather wrap it yourself or change it to an OEM leather steering wheel or aftermarket.

I've seen it up close at the dealership. It's tight unfortunately. If you have car seats, I'd probably look at the Subaru Crosstrek, VW Taos, Buick Envista, Hyundai Kona, or KIA Seltos as those have more rear room.

Great reviews, Mr. Sewell. Any word on the CX-70? I have heard they are going to introduce it soon and maybe have it available by the summer or fall. Looks like it is going to have the same engine as the CX-90 which is a doozy. What do you know about it?
