Awesome, I'm a big Losi fan, I raced Losi models for about 4yrs, I won over 30 trophies on off road tracks and the 2003 dirt oval points championship at Coppers RC in Calonds VA fastest dirt oval on the east coast, Can't believe you called Abby the hamburglar 😂🤣 You'll be sleeping in the dog house tonight Nate 😂🤣🤣😂 Keep it up guys, love the content 🔥

I bought 2 of these buggies. I’m keeping one with stock gearing and some of the TLR tuned parts for the track. The other is getting beefed up with some aluminum and I’ve already dropped a 55t spool gear in it. 31mph on the stock gearing and 35mph with the 55t/18t gearing. I’ve also found a 19t pinion thats in the mail.

Can you post your speed with the stock spur and a 19t pinion? I'm curious how this brushless system compares to the dynamite one. Just seems like it should be doing more than 30 mph out of the box!

@@stephenarnold772I will eventually if I can find a larger than 19t w/ 2mm bore .5mod gear. Otherwise I’m going to convert the fast buggy to 48p gearing and move the 19t to the stock gear buggy. Oh FYI I hit 37 on the 55t spool/19t pinion. I can probably squeeze another MPH if I tune suspension better for straight lines and balance the tires.

I’ve got the Losi 70 chevelle drag car which is based on these. I love that car. We’ve also got a pair of the mini jrxT’s which are absolutely awesome albeit a bit slow. Can’t believe you called the beautiful Abby hamburgler lol 😂

Mini B cars are a lot of fun... i think the extended wheelbase vs the Mini T 2.0 is a big help... They're great for outdoor dirt if the track is made for something this size, or for general driving around if you're reasonable with expectations given it's size, 2wd, limited ground clearance, etc... The tires on this new one look awesome, and more suited for dirt than the previous ones, which wrre more for a higher traction like clay(they work decent on carpet ) I saw mention that maybe this 6000kv will be smoother than the Dynamite 2in1 was... also they made some improvements, provisions for swaybars, improved ball cups? (Might be a big deal for some folks) , and i believe i saw something a out an updated servo saver on this new one... I hope to get one of these this winter, to see how it compares, my son has a pro roller that has the dynamite 2in1 and a few upgrades, and mine i believe was an original rtr, but it was upgraded a bunch and had a hobbywing brushless in it when i got it on trade... we have raced them a few times on the carpet track near us, lots of fun . Cheers...

I think the old 2:1 is very smooth for being sensorless. The smoothest at low speed of all my sensorless motors. Have you tried the mamba one?

They are fast and fun, but fragile. First run, I lost a shock spring cup because they are not secured. I'm surprised you didn't chuck one with all those cartwheels! Run some small zip ties around the bottom part, and you won't have to buy a whole set of shocks when it happens. Nice jumps!

Mini t is shorter maybe lighter also it's 1/18 vs 1/16 but it's thr same vehicle ish

Quick question regarding the included charger as I have never had Spektrum batteries before. I know that Spektrum batteries will, after a while, auto discharge from full, down to storage voltage (around 50%). But after doing a run with any of my other cars, I then charge my used batteries UP to that 50% storage voltage (as opposed to charging them up to 100%) So my question is, any idea if there is a way to take such batteries up to storage charge and then stop? Or will I have to do some trial and error experimenting and learn to just turn off the charger after, say, 15 or 20 minutes. Thanks to anyone who can help 👍

I also asked myself the same question - after a while I bought a cheap multimeter and, after the Lipo was empty, I tried several times to determine how long it took to reach approx. 7.6V - with the 1400mAh from the GROM It takes about 25 minutes. I think it will be a little faster with the 810mAh - I'll just try it out soon when I get one. Once you have determined the time, it is quite easy to regulate it using a timer. Another note - I even bought the S155 G2 charger from Spektrum in the hope of solving the "problem" more easily, but with the 1400mAh Smart Lipos from the GROM you couldn't select the "Storage" function on the charger.

@harald_hans Thanks for taking the time to respond mate. I have since purchased two little arrmas with the same battery and charger set up (Typhon Grom and Mojave Grom)[and within weeks of buying them there was then announcement of superior brushless models coming out 😒] I did some similar experimenting checking the voltage after fixed time intervals of both charging and driving. I'm now happy that I can get things 'close enough' to storage 👍

Nice little car. Ran well & Survived so many hard landings apparently without any damage, cudos. Great ramp, now if only you could adjust the top angle of launch you probably could avoid those bottom scrapping launches on smaller cars & maybe get more distance.
