Yeah I’ve been following this a bit since my next purchase will be a Plaid. There is a guy who went and got his camber and toe adjusted and he’s been fine in the same tires for about 22k miles. Of course, if you do a search on KZbin about this you will see what others have posted about this issue. Basically the suspension comes with excessive camber so if you get it adjusted you should be ok.

Be careful, even at medium, with 21" wheels, the problem you're going to have is no so much uneven treadwear but separation of the inside sidewall which is not shown in your video. The reason this is so bad with 21" wheels combined with high negative camber is is the shorter sidewall has less give when the inside of the tire is compressed from the negative camber. Look in the forums. You'll see tire blowouts from 21" plaids even with even treadwear from the inside sidewall giving out. I have 19" wheels on my Plaid. I'm waiting to see what the first set of tires does. I also drive around in medium unless I'm going to accelerate hard from a low speed and then I drop it to lowest to protect the front cv joints. So I'm constantly switching between the two heights in town but leave it on medium on the highways where I'm already going fast enough that I don't have to risk destroying the front cv joints and acquiring the dreaded vibration-on-acceleration-issue that has plagued performance dual motor S's since late 2014.

@@sorka95032 yea I am aware of that and keep an eye on the inner walls, I will see how long these tires last and then I will install the shims to fix this issue

Both of my Model 3 Performance tires just blew at the SAME TIME on the highway at 70 mph. They both looked fine on the outside but were horribly corded on the inside. It was quite the dramatic boom, but the side walls were solid and the car behaved even with both rear tires blown to pull over safely. I wish mine was wearing as evenly as your plaid... how many miles is that?
