I have to wonder about the logistics of getting a "crown of blue roses" (which ONLY grow in the Winterfell glass gardens, as far as we know) to the Tourney at Haranhal. It had to be arranged ahead of time and, perhaps, brought by the Starks as they came south for the Tourney. Maybe not... but if they didn't get the roses from the Starks, I'd love to know where they got them. I am glad you shared thoughts on the Green Men and their earthen magics... a potential role in the plot for Howland, etc. You are right that THAT is going to be VERY important as we all struggle to put the rest of this puzzle together.

You asked for theories so you got it - batten down the hatches! Whether Arthur Dayne lived or not (and I certainly suspect he survived the ToJ, whatever happened to him afterwards) I reckon the reason Ned went to Starfall from the ToJ instead of, y'know, ANYWHERE ELSE, was to wait to see how newborn Jon's features developed. Babies can change a lot in the weeks after birth, even including hair and eye colour, and if Jon had ended up looking more Rhaegar that Lyanna then there's no way Ned could have passed him off as his bastard - I think the plan was that if Jon ended up looking Targ-y, Ned would have left him with the Daynes to be raised as their bastard instead. That's why we have all those rumours of Ashara losing a baby etc. - it's a conflation/hint/misunderstanding/corruption of the truth; there was a baby that she might have "had", but it ended up not happening.

It protects Allyria Dayne from bastardy and gives an answer if Jon looked more Targaryen - especially if he developed purple eyes. Allyria's age wasn't given but she was only betrothed not married in the books.

Always love when we look at the House of the Undying visions as FACT. The entire place is clearly telling Dany exactly what she needs to hear to do something... and the Rhaygar vision has no Wierwood present for a POV (the only time we can take flashback visions as "fact" is when a Wierwood sees it) but his song attributions to his children must be true!

The Undying seem to be on a totally different wavelength than the Warlocks, who probably misunderstand or have forgotten why they 'care' for the Undying in the first place.

An idea i've had for a while about Jon is that when he gets revived by either ice or fire magic he'll get red or blue eyes, then he'll be taken over(or helped) by the other magic thus mixing the eye colors, guess which color is created when you mix red and blue... PURPLE like the eyes of a targaryan that he really is. Also side note all of these resurections might make his hair white as well, like we have seen with lady stoneheart. All of this would make him a true song of ice and fire and he'll look like a proper targaryan in the end.

Oh, the idea that Oswell survived the ToJ is funnnn-and along with everything else LmL pointed out, just seems like the sort of sideways thing GRRM’d enjoy: the Sword of the Morning had the name of the once & future king who’d return from the Isle of Avalon when needed, but it’s his sword & the friend next to him that make it. Great video, really got some ideas percolating! And always enjoy the art pulled for the produced stuff. Howland popping up in all the backgrounds slew me.

Ok so Dany, Tyrion, and Jon's mom all die in childbirth. If tyrions dad is really Aery's- consider that maybe the "stabbing" of Nissa Nissa, and her subsequent death is simply a sexual metaphor. George plays with "sword stabbing" as a metaphor for this all the time. Azor Ahai didn't "kill" Nissa Nissa, he just got her pregnant and she died in childbirth. This then plays out in all three potential heads of the dragon, assuming Tyrion is one. This would make "Lightbringer" actually her child. Myriad of possibilities what that could mean but some sort of dragon seems a likely possibility as Azor Ahai was said to have "wielded" lightbringer and dragons are already associated with flaming swords.

If Howland Reed knew everything, and had told Ned, then Ned would have started the conversation with "I know what you're guarding". Why ever would Ned have looked for the Kingsguard at Storm's End, when Lords Redwyne and Tarly dipped their banners? It doesn't make sense.

Had to edit as I finished this up and I am loving more examination of Lyanna's character. The events leading up to and immediately following her wedding is possibly becoming my new favorite 'off screen' story in terms of recent history. I say the wedding but really, that is just the culmination of several storylines and of course it kicks off many more. With the upheaval before and after, visualising their wedding as a quiet, sublime moment of peace ..one of the last for a long time, is something beautiful The antlers in true detective s1...could this have been secret time travel hint? There is a lot of tree imagery in s1 too...

At around 12:30 you mention that the starks took howland, the little crannogmen, in and were going to give him armor to avenge himself but instead Lyanna takes the armor and avenges him. Maybe he went to the isle of green men and was told that Lyanna was the one who needed to go there to receive something to avenge or help the green men/COF. Something along those lines is what I'm thinking
