@2:43:00 The only issue I see with Tywin using Bron to send Shae to Tyrion is that he also seemingly sent Tyrion to his death by placing in the Van the next day. Perhaps Tywin really didn't think Tyrion was in danger? It is also interesting that we get Tyrion telling his father that he thinks Tywin was trying to get him killed, when Tyrion makes so many misjudgments later on in King's Landing. We also have Tywin repeatedly telling Tyrion not to bring 'the whore' to court. Perhaps Tywin knows Tyrion will defy him and bring his spy with him?

Tywin’s hypocrisy never ceases to make me laugh; always complains about people not respecting the nobility of the Lannister name yet he lands and establishes more Houses of “small folk origins” than any other character. And let’s not forget, always complains about how Daddy Tytos “the Toothless Lion” never did him anything, neglecting the fact that (post Reyne-Tarbeck rebellion) his greatest tool for projecting his power, Gregor Clegane, only exists because his father honoured the courage and sacrifice of Gregor’s grandfather. Had Tytos not had his generous nature, the Cleganes would have never been landed and the whole chain of events from Robert’s Rebellion onward look a lot different for Tywin 😂
