Sounds like a great location! It’s NOT just outside of Nashville, though. It’s about 1.45 hrs southeast of Nashville. I was hoping this community was going to be a little closer to Nashville

Thank you for sharing this new community. The rent seems steep for not owning the land and they are only providing water and mowing probably. You can't get a very nice tiny house for 40k as he mentioned, or I'd like to see it if he has some builders. They won't have the dog park and storage and such until later or who knows what they might have. The land is beautiful and decent location. Overall, might be a good thing.

Tenn tiny homes can be your primary home. No longer only RV. Unique relatively new law. State is embracing tiny home. Many areas are afraid due to stereotyping people who live in mobile homes are “low life” types. There are of course there is the issue infrastructure. Which brings me to do homeowners have pay for infrastructure being put in? This is beyond your rent and paid upfront,

All some can afford is a “trailer” if they don’t want to live in their car. You sound rather elitist. Where would you suggest they go? I’d rather see our beautiful Tennessee farmlands used for a tiny house community rather than bought up by a large corporation that puts an apartment complex on it and charges 2k a month for a one bedroom apartment looking out over a concrete parking lot.
