Wow! This lady is amazing in all she has done and is doing. I'm relieved to know someone is fighting on our behalf to allow more tiny home communities everywhere. Tiny homes are only allowed in RV parks in my central Florida area with renting land is the only option. I'm glad she allows people to choose what is the best option for others. I hope and pray that one day there will be a tiny home community near my area where i work just like her community. One thing is for sure after watching this tiny home KZbin video I have hope just like her shirt spelled out. I could cry seeing this. It looks like a perfect oasis for us in the very near future. We live near Nashville and it’s growing out of control . We dream of a day where we can live in a warm place with less stuff and spend our days doing what we like instead of working too much to simply keep up. I like that idea.But.I would want my house wider than 8 feet I think that,s what she said her house was.I have a reprint of the Pacific Ready Cut House Company of LA.They have some houses that are 16feet by 24 feet for bungalow courts which they also built.Smallest width house I want is 16 to 22 feet.. Cool place, but I want a permanent foundation.

I live in Orlando and a lot of the mobile home communities get taken over for expanding schools and other such things. So not just making it unaffordable for people, but completely taking away their place to live.

Kudos to Jinkie for taking on this huge challenge. It is something I would have loved to do where I live in Canada, but lacked the resources and energy. I am so thrilled to hear that Jinkie is now acting as a consultant and advisor and helping pave the way for laws to be changed to make tiny home communities - such a brilliant idea and SO needed in this day and age - a reality. It is not for everyone, but what a huge difference it can make for so many. Why is it that people cannot live how and where they want, affordably, especially in a place as beautiful and well-designed as Peacewind! That's where I want to move! I lived briefly in Kitsap County back in 2018, but looking more towards Clallam or Jefferson Counties. I was offered a couple of work positions in Vancouver, but am concerned that Clark County might be too hot, crowded and expensive.

I so admire all of the work she has put into this and all that has been achieved. Just amazing. I, too, dream of having my own TH but I struggle to figure out how to afford it. I live in Denver where TH on wheels are not allowed, and any property for TH on a slab is just not affordable. I work with the unhoused and am still looking for a location where I can still do my hearts work, afford a TH and not necessarily have to also buy a car because that would probably break the budget. If I could figure that out, I'd pick up and move, and I'd finally achieve my dream.

Hello I just like to thank you for an amazing channel. I'm 62 years old, live in Philadelphia, lost everybody. Basically in a short time frame as yourself and I'm living in a studio. Lost my husband and just looking at your show when you invite when you invited people into your home and showed how you live and the cutest little doggies you have. I love it and I wish I can be as strong as you and I wish I can be as strong as you I have Lupus and I live in a studio on the second floor again. When and if I return to Florida I would immensely enjoy living in that community. It appears to be a very welcoming space where people don't appear to be surrounded by discrimation and I love that pet companions are also welcome. Wow, Jinkie, your hard earned work efforts have paid off into a wonderful community of tiny homes, both practical and attractive! These communities need to be as common as trailer/manufactured home communities have been throughout the U.S. So many states, including my home state of Michigan, are woefully behind in ensuring laws to make tiny communities completely lawful, without having to be tied to a resort, for instance.
