Greetings from sunny 😎 California. I had a similar injury, it took a lot of prayer and PT then a handball ball. I was 25 when it happened I’m 59 now works like a champ, also I was a semi truck mechanic for International Truck back then...tools help the rehab.

GM calls that self changing oil. Friend had an excavating company, GM gas dump truck, constantly putting oil in the thing, told him to just mount a barrel on the roof, run a tube into the oil fill, problem solved. He said it did not leak bad as he poured a gallon in the oil fill.

Sometimes if you take them solenoids off and clean them up they work well again, sometimes they get a thin layer of oil between them and quit working. Congratulations on baby Welker.👍🏼

What beautiful babies. Especially the newest. God has blessed the Welker Family with a strong family bonds. And Leg Arms im glad you're doing better buddy. I broke my right ankle in 2014, had surgery, and even after physical therapy and 6 years I still have muscle problems. And it screwed up my running stride. I can still run its just painful, and limpy.
