My biggest struggle is definitely organizing, I have so many questions on how I should use it effectively, like when should I move a task out of my inbox or when I should use tags instead of lists or how to use the eisenhower matrix effectively

Some of this is building your own process, making your own rules. TickTick provides a solid framework for us to use - and then we have to take it from there. We don't have to use all of the functionality that TickTick offers either. Maybe it's best just to start with some basic lists and possibly due dates and priorities. Usually that's enough to get started. Don't worry about tags, Eisenhower Matrix, Habit Tracker, filters, etc. until they solve a problem that you have with your current system.

That's funny. I have 9 folders for my areas of focus under LISTS but none of them have sub-folders like you do. I use Kanban in 6 of my folders; the other 3 have one section only with no titles like your sub-folders but they are situated on the right, where your dialog box goes. TFS, Nicole (long-time user)

You sound like you know what you're talking about. Please make a video about how you have decided to apply that experience in the way you use TickTick. Start by explaining the terminology and WHEN to use different features. Current videos seem to assume people who've never used TickTick before know when to use a "list" vs. a "project" etc.

@@scottg7633 Hi! You just made my day. Thank you for the compliment. In many of Josh's videos, in the comment section, I explain how I use TickTick. I stopped making videos (which were about the cards I made, taped in a hotel room!) because, first we stopped travelling across Canada, and second, my husband didn't like taking the time videotaping me. I have tons of ideas to show the world but unfortunately, they won't see any of it. I LOVE TickTick, once I understood everything it could do for me (thanks mainly to Josh); I use it extensively. How do you use it?
