Toyota didn't listen to it's customers in 2 bases, design when most chose what's known as FT1 as what should be the new supra, and manual gearbox which just came as result of competition to Nissan's Z400 but not for customers demands!

Nice video Bobby, good stuff, but I hope you're aware that Toyota already 'released' the camouflaged 'near production' Supra A90 (aka MK5) 1-2 months back in Spain, hence the title may be misleading as this is the FT1. The Supra A90's engine is bmw's b58, transmission is zf's 8 speed automatic, for that particular model at least, the one in spain. This concept is quite old, i wished toyota malaysia brought the camouflaged A90 instead :)

Well the production will be very different for practicality purposes. But my guess is the drivetrain will just end up being an LFA variant, though I really hope they use an inline 6 aluminum block with one large turbo, maybe 2 decent sized turbos. But why would Toyota build a specific drivetrain for this car when the LFA sounds like heaven? Whatever it is I hope it's a GTR killer.

Looks like Toyota tried to make a smaller McLaren with a frontal engine. Pretty much like a slip backed S2000 of the Honda industry. Love the wide body fenders and American left side drive with the McLaren front end and wing cups. Head lights of a Chiron make it look mean. Only issue I see is having the fans where they are makes less room to put turbo mounts through stationary vent holes
