New traffic signals have been installed and activated at Rexdale Blvd & Silver Reign Dr in Toronto's north/west end!

This is a T-intersection.
Silver Reign Dr (northbound) has a leading pedestrian interval, which I also strongly support! The walk signal is callable for the northbound phase.
Rexdale Blvd has a westbound leading left turn phase with a northbound right turn overlap. The left turn phase is callable and extendable!
Lastly, eastbound receives a green ball with the south leg crosswalk walk signal.
I am overall happy with the signal phasing here, but there are 4 things I would add:
- Add a "no right turn on red except on green arrow" sign for Silver Reign Dr (the northbound approach).
- Change the westbound through signal green ball to a green through arrow, since nothing is permissive for westbound. This is shown as signal "Type 1" in the Ontario Traffic Manual Book 12 Section 2.3 Regulation 626
- Install an eastbound leading through arrow interval.
- Install an eastbound "no right turn" LED blank out sign for 3 reasons:
1. There aren't always pedestrians crossing Rexdale Blvd, and the walk signal is callable. If the pedestrian walk is called, the LED blank out "no right turn" sign would be turned on during the northbound phase. Otherwise right turns would be allowed on red. This is a T-intersection, and there's no incoming southbound traffic.
2. Westbound has dual left turn lanes, and there are two southbound exiting lanes for the south leg of the intersection. An LED blank out "no right turn" sign would be turned on during the westbound left turn phase, to prevent eastbound right turns from interfering with westbound dual left turns.
3. The LED blank out "no right turn" sign would be turned on during my proposed leading through arrow interval, to improve compliance.
