Those really are nice, the results are well worth the extra effort of 3 steps. Complete set ordered even though I'm not the biggest fan of greens, as well as the two new anodized metal colours!!

These tri color paints are gorgeous. I need that Steel Snow for the MG Crossbone Full Cloth I'm taking apart and prepping for paint now!! As a beginner, I just need an airbrush with a big enough needle to push topcoat. I learned that the hard way. I should've watched more Barbatos Rex videos first! I need that Procon P290, I need a fine airbrush. I need a lot more money for the hobby! 😱🥴

Yes 18 psi but with my 0.7mm nozzle. The Swallowtail is very efficient with psi

Have you considered investing in color correct LED lights instead? Basically the same kind of lights auto detailers use, so that way you have the consistent colors every time you record new paints to accurately show how they look

I watch the video, and I heard you say that you use the .5 or .7needl. Did it matter which size you used?Or do you recommend one size for stage one and another size for stage two? Thanks, I love your videos.

Just out of curiosity, how would the Reds and Yellows look when aplplied over Mr Color Mr Finishing surfacer 1500 Pink primer, compared to the Black, Grey or White primers?

So I know it's a it's a three part system but is the gloss top coat absolutely needed? Or will the first 2 steps be enough?

Well you can see in the video before the Gloss coat it's very dull with no depth. But you can use that look if that's what your looking for

So I cant find the answer anywhere, but does anyone know how much more durable a 2k vs a normal top coat is. I'm assuming the gloss is a lot more durable, but what about the semi gloss/satin or even a 2k matte, does the 2k do anything different than just a normal top coat?

It's the ultimate in durability. 2k is what they top off car paint jobs with to resist rocks and other damage. Nothing campares to it
