When I seen that turbo I said "oh shit" out loud. That's going to be a very fun combo, 5.3 with a turbo. Nice choice, once you get it dialed in it will be super dependable with a good bit of power. My guess would be around 500 at the crank safely running 15psi of boost. You are right, you should be proud of yourself - I have never met you and I'm extremely proud of you- the fortitude it took to get that car this far says everything about you as a person. Keep the videos coming, I enjoy them a lot.

Now im 9years sober and all the drugs gave taken a toll on my Liver. No money for meds or insurance. No help from the state. So im sure ill pay the ultimate consequences for my actions. But im not gonna waste 1 day and I Will build a car or truck with my Daughter's. I pray i make another 20 years so I can build my Grandaughter something too. Life is a trip. Dont fall.

You will get to experience this in the years to come, trust me, then you know without a doubt how your father felt for you. I had to put my car project on hold the past 3 yrs to pay medical bills. One day I'll get back to it, until then, I get to enjoy other ppl working on their cars.

Sorry for your loss but, i know he is proud of you working to complete these while maintaining everything else you have going on in life. Nice choice with the turbo LS i am putting one in my 80 Trans am. Just a fyi a lot of issues have been seen with thise sheet metal intakes. Some have vacuum leaks and others blow out under boost. The factory truck intakes flow great for turbo setups but as you know are not a good looking intake manifold.

Don't feel bad for the build taking so long. These projects take as long as they need. It took me 5 years to piece my Camaro together to drive. It's still not done though. But usable. Try not to put too short of time goals on yourself. You might skip doing something you really want and it'll be more work to do later. I would recommend you convert to manual (no power assist brakes) Wilwood brakes can set you up with the proper master. And you raise the master on the firewall and drill a new hole higher on the pedal to get the mechanical advantage. It will stop awesome, you'll have more room under hood, and no worry about vacuum. Don't do hydro boost with high RPMs.

@@kirstieskarz If I was managing a Channel with so potential I would create a 30 sec intro to repeat in every VIdeo and sumarize your amazing history and finish that intro with a call to actoin to leave the audience with a very clear pircture of how to purchase your merch and how to support you, create a transition to come in and leave the garage (to explain how a super woman with five kids does to work in her's cool cars and be there for her kids) a visual transition it could be a camera pan or tilt, from the action to the floor and the pick up the action outside the garage with a camera movement the opposite way, you should be proud your contenct has tons of potencial and you are a superwoman!
