You need to have full time salary for 5 years as per uk standard ( + tax ) .. u need to have HRLawyer in payroll for 5 years .. need to have proper office on rent for 5 years .. if you calculate all this expenses ITS TOOOOO MUCH !!

Your company should be paying your salary minimum 38k annual,you can't play games with the system. And has to be genuine company as home office might randomly pay you a visit and scrutiny your financial cashflow documents.

Hi Tochi might be you don't know the charges this person charging for this process, his firm is asking 30000 gbp for the process. This self sponsorship only cost 5000 to 6000 thousand gbp including IHS charges.
