For company's with employees the rubber base to prevent slipping is a huge win. There are tons of great carbon options but for companies these are the bread and butter so improving them is a huge step for the industry. My favorite part about Unger poles is that they sell the parts to repair them when employees or myself break them.

Was just about to buy another optiloc and I'm sure I would have ordered the old style unless I knew to look for the new. So thanks for the heads up. The collars and end cap are both things I've wanted Unger to change. I smiled when you talked about the pole sliding out when you set it down. This has only happened to me about a thousand times :) so I like the idea of a rubberized end cap.

I learnt with an optiloc, and loved working with it for a few years. But after going to Gardiner and a Erkenomic tip I doubt I’ll ever go back

"First" pole I used was an Unger. Couldn't even come close to comparing to the Garelick. Never went back.

SteveO The Window Cleaner I haven’t bought a carbon trad pole yet. I watched some video on the different options. I want to try a gardener trad pole. It seems to come down to the clamps. What do you think?

When a clamp or other part wears or breakers on an Unger replace that part. With twist lock buy a new pole.

These are the ones that can holster into the gunslinger/silencer perfect. Duno about the other boabs. samurai prolly for sure. I'm thinking of trying out a samurai transformers box combo.

Blooper clip @ the end was a good laugh😁 I learned with an optiloc & think they're an awesome pole & very economically priced. Once the xero trad came out I quit using them, but the optiloc is still an excellent choice to have in your pole arsenal.

These are gunna be so awesome. I'm getting a few of the 3 section poles for commercial cleaning. with ninjas. I need the smallest ones they've got. But, I'm not sure if they are only in stock at 6 and 12 feet or if thats all they make. Im gunna make some calls today and get them.

All I ever bought before the Trad 12 were Unger poles. They’re built to last best aluminum poles by far.

Yes you can, the unger tips are the most universal tip out there for all squeegee handles.

There's Unger blue home owner poles there, the good tools go to J Racenstein, windows 101llc, or other web sites.

I have to admit, I like this pole better than a Xero trad 12. Call me crazy.
