Capitano has more chances of being playable than Columbina. We already got leaks saying Columbina is in Scheznaya. We also know that Capitano will be Ice sword user. We have already seen that in AQ. Plus he got his profile pic leaked a while back like Arlecchino. He also have nightsoul ability which is exclusive to Natlan as we saw in his fight with Mavuika. His banner being in Schenznaya doesn't make any sense while Columbina being there actually does. I don't why people are this dumb and thinking that Columbina will become playable next when she isn't even in Natlan.

@@one.of.no.kind_ Something (that far down the later patches) can never be confirmed by a leaker. So nothing was never confirmed nor will ever be confirmed by leakers. Capitano already has a model and a weapon in game files and is present in the main story since the start (5.0) and even showcased powers or a cryo vision (possibly delusion). He has more probability of being playable in Natlan than any other Harbinger, and it doesn't matter if he's ranked First or not. What do you mean this "early" in the game? We're one step away from the final archon nation dude, we already got Arle who's ranked fourth and is from Khaenri'ah, does that mean that she shouldn't be playable until Khaenri'ah? Nobody cares if they are by lore equal or comparable to "gods", not all archons are of equal strength and not all gods are of equal strength. That has absolutely nothing to do with playability, not to mention that we already have a dragon sovereign that's playable and he outscales them all in terms of power, and that goes without mentioning 5 sinners and heavenly principle gods and other entities.

And Dain is also featured on the promo trailer with other characters so we all know that he's going to be playable when his time comes. I don't see harbingers getting released until we get to the last nation, probably only 2-3 playable harbingers are left so they will save them for the last region. My bets are on Dotore and Columbina, i really don't think capitano will be playable, same for the rest of them.

It makes sense. Because all of them are from snezhnaya. And if every harbinger is to become playable 5-stars, then that means the majority of them will have to be released in the snezhnaya patches. Childe, wanderer, and arlecchino were basically an exception and got realsed early due to their part in the story. I mostly got all of this speculation due to the way that every nation has almost the same number of 5 stars. So if hoyo keeps releasing snezhnayian characters in other regions, then their won't be enough 5 stars included in the snezhnaya patches. Although this speculation of mine is very weak. Because I doubt every harbinger would be playable/ 5-stars. There could possibly be other non fatui characters in the future who will become playable instead, in snezhnaya.

I dont think this is entirely true at all , everyone is just going off of his appearance in the AQ in terms of his element and what weapon they'll use. Also the model is not a playable model, the leaked model is a similar model that signora had. aka its simply an NCP model. On top of this, 3 credible leakers have already confirmed he will not be playable during 5.X. Columbina was speculated until the quest leaks, speculating she may not be playable as well.
