Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used 1 lb dumbbells but could not even finish circuit 1 when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go rest. My MIL did did the full session with 15 lb dumbbells!! Her biceps are powerful like Coach Annie's! I am amazed how strong the women are in the comments! I feel quite low and defeated.

Love these type of workouts as they are so effective. I've been doing the 5/6 minute ones a few times a week and already noticing a difference. Will start trying these longer ones next.

I love this heavy workout. I do it twice a week along with a medium-weight workout. My arms surprise me when I put on short-sleeve or sleeveless tops. Very effective workout!!

I love the 5 minute 3 lbs. too but this was so welcoming to mix it around just like you had done the slow workout some time go, we need to shake things around. Love it.

I just completed the workout, I’m sweating. Can you recommend exercises for building muscle in the upper breast,I had a mastectomy and I have a few dents in my upper chest because you have to remove the whole breast tissue in which I didn’t think it came that far up. Thanks
