Probably not. And This isn't a toy. It's a motorcycle. You need a motorcycle licence as well. You have to register it with the dmv and get insurance before you drive it on the road.

In Ohio if it is street legal and it is over 49cc it is considered a motorcycle thus mc license is needed 49 cc and street legal is considered a moped Wich can be driven with a regular drivers license
