Thank U for giving useful tips on cutlery and crockery....recently guests were coming for dinner...I was all set but at the last moment from 12 - 4 tbsp were missing though I managed with other set of spoons.

As usual you are perfect , super organised, inspirational,and your selection as well as collection is class apart, the tips for cleaning ing and storing glassware are extraordinary, do share tips on cleaning deep and narrow rimmed glassware like stemmed glasses ,pots and so on ,a few ideas on dishes for hosting parties and their recepies would also help many of us inspire to copy those and organise off beat extraordinary parties

Dearest Raveena, Your home is always beautiful and it is always obvious that you put a great deal of love into getting ready for family and company. Any time that friends and relatives come is a special time. (Yes, I am Southern). In the U.S. the incredibly beautiful stores full of items just do not exist where I live. The nearest IKEA is hundreds of miles away. So, I shop online, but still can't find a good selection. Fortunately, I was gifted a set of white dishes including some that you can cook in, or just serve in and I still have my china. There used to be a store(Service Merchandise) here that had all the beautiful choices, but it decided (why???) to become only a sneakers store. Your home is always beautiful and I think every holiday of any name or basis is a spiritual holiday where people come together and share a lot of love with each other. Winter in TN where I retired to is cold and therefore, nothing is better than a nice wood stove fire and a beautiful table or buffet with friends.

@@RaveenaAtHome Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I am so thankful. Everyone in my family is gone and most friends got the jab. So, spend a lot of time talking with my German Shepherd (She is a lover dog) and my rooster and hens. I just got my tunnel winterized and my greenhouse needs help too. I do have help, but usually one day a week. I do not have my RV to go anywhere because it needs a new engine and they can't get the parts yet. So, just waiting - that would be the best Christmas present. Does your father have any friends coming to visit with him? A lot of elderly are alone now since the last 2 years and that was a field I worked in and no elderly should ever be left alone.
