instead of lowering the minimum package requirement, there should me change minimum area per person to accommodate more people so we can save on rent.

Old infrastructure is intolerant of accommodating many people and I think housing crisis is probably a problem of metropolitan cities! But yes this is crucial problem that government needs to address 👍

Hi, thank you for your information. While i went through the Chancenkarte calculator to check my eligibility, I was not eligible despite I earned 9 points. However, the minimum required point to be eligible for the opportunity card is 6. Why is the point calculator giving back wrong outcome ?

Does it make sense to apply for software jobs that do NOT sponsor visas from India? Is it possible for us to get a visa once we secure a job offer (initiated by us, and not by the employer)? If yes, any ideas on how much it would cost? I'm asking this considering the number of visa-sponsored jobs is very less in number. Also, just discovered your channel. Awesome content 🙌🏼

Hello, Ideally of you apply for job which doesn’t sponsor visa, you will get rejection in almost all the cases. And company can offer you job contract only if they are eligible to hire from non european regions! There is whole bureaucracy involved in this process. If you have job offer then yes you can initiate visa by yourself

Ideally the result should tell you if you are eligible or not. Also, note that the calculator is built on current information (2023 data) If rules change in future the results will vary accordingly
