I’m 68 yrs old I grew up near Vado in Las Cruces NM. Grew up watching winged sprint cars didn’t know what a late model was till I moved to the East Coast! I miss New Mexico! Get you some Hatch Green Chile while you are there! Good luck!

I remember seeing Sammy Swindell run that car there at Vado. I used to go watch every weekend when I was stationed at Holloman. Going there and to the local rc tracks got me back into racing. Be sure to look up El Paso 1rc, whiskey bent speedway, and Raceparty.

I used to live in el paso i would go to that track all the time seen the outlaws latemodels there Bloomquist was there he was a great guy talked to him in his trailer for about 20 minutes

I belive its called Vah dough thats how I hear some people pronounce it, I heard of powerI from dirt tracker daily its mostly and out west series I think still 410 though, seems your quite a mercinary driving many cars this year but hope your likeing the winged racing I know you like getting the chance to and its a wee bit safer then the nonwing which I thought you said you wanted to start kind of getting away from and your not as young and invinceable feeling as once was the case because they are soo wildy a second place isn't bad though its quite good and as often the case got hard charger
