I switched to 8.25 from 8.0 and the only difference I feel is when criusing around, it is much more relaxing on the wider one. But 10 inches wide would be really interesting to ride.

I have a very similar shape deck in my "ready to roll" set ups, a shaped board with a square ish tail is incredibly fun because it forces you to pop and catch higher and get much more stable tricks, and also its very forgiving when landing.

I’m only 5 foot 7 and this board is perfect. It doesn’t feel like a 10 inch wide board. The 14.5 wheel base option is perfect. And as you can see in the video it’s a beast for kickflips. I get them almost every try unlike any popsicle board I’ve had.

Truth, that no pop gap, that sold it to me... The deck looks like it has great handling, which for me, I just travel a lot on a board. Having the ability to lazy no pop ollie at high speed, yep, that's the key to sidewalks I think...

Still got the double kick tail? I also liked the spaceship-looking concave; it makes a nice pocket for my lead foot when I'm pushing. Not sure what the rocker part of the concave was for other than making slide rail installation suck, but it's still my favorite winkowski shape! My last 4 were all Erick's Edit: my current is the VX Train, my favorite overall, though the boat shaped Powerply 8th Dimension board was dope enough to buy it twice Please stop sending top product to the grifters at CCS! $130+ vs $70 at my local indie shop...I would buy it if the sellers were reversed! (Though don't snake the locals like Revive does) P.s. send all your vx and everslick to AWH in chicago. The food here makes unbreakable boards a hot commodity

Tail is pretty sharp and the nose has a few bruises but still has pop even after skating a ditch in the rain Seems like online retailers upped the price of all the reinforced boards. Found a local shop in Ohio with an online store, who just like my local, isn't price gouging any hardgoods. I just feel for the skaters out in rural America who don't have much choice (though I wouldn't have thought to buy local-online)

I started skating after a 20 year exit and was excited to find shapes making a comeback. Being a late 80's skater through the mid 90's i feel the industry became very cookie cutter. Shape matters ..big nose big tail = big pop just takes some time to get the feel of it under your feet. Muscle memory 💪
