Dang... I cant even go into towns without dropping to 30fps with my GTX 1080ti; I doubt I'd even be able to do wars at all. It sounds like an actual irl warzone.

Honestly even with a beast PC there can be huge lag because of the servers cannot handle 100 places in such a small area, i really hope they fix it!

Reduce the names that display in town. Optimize a few settings - the 1080Ti should 100% be able to get 60 frames in town. My brother's PC runs it perfectly with solid 60. I run most of the game with solid 60 with a 1070Ti. What CPU do you have?

@@SkySenseiVB My cpu is intel i7 6700k. Hoping to upgrade when AM5 and pcie 5.0 come out at the end of next year. I have put nameplates all the way down to the lowest which is 2. As for settings, the game defaulted everything to high but I put some of the shadows and effects down to medium. In the wild I fluctuate between 50-72 fps usually hovering around the 60s, but in town I fluctuate between 27-40 fps; effectively cutting my fps in half. Whenever I look up at a big hill, mountain, or tower it does the same and cuts my fps in half until I climb it and and normalize my view. Sometimes I just have to look down at the ground while climbing because it's disorienting dropping instantly from 60s to 30s fps; it's really annoying. I honestly don't think it's my graphics card, I think it's just the servers and poor optimization. Sometimes there's just so many people in towns the npcs and interactable items like town boards take 1-2 minutes to spawn, and chat in general I've waited over 3 minutes for it to display my message several times before. I did suggest they implement a feature to limit the amount of players on screen in town but who knows if they'll actually do anything about that. It's ridiculous to me how one of the most wealthiest companies in the world can't provide their game studio with good enough servers to handle things like that.
