Congrats on 239+ Martin. Curious to see which of you will break the 240 milestone first. You talked a bit about the importance of equipment in the vid. If you were to hypotheticaly perform the 239 swing with "normal" equipment. So lets say a 8 degree driver at 45 inches with a x-flex shaft and a ProV1. How many mph would you lose? 5? 10?

Just a question for training rather than world records why do you base it off ball speed rather than swing speed. Say you swing 155mph and ball speed 230mph then swing 160mph and ball speed 227mph. The 160mph has the potential for a higher ball speed with a better strike. So why is everything based off ball speed. Yes higher ball speed longer drive but a higher swing speed has the highest potential

Someone posted a video of you that I am trying to find again. You were outside, with an iron, making a swing in chucks in very slow-motion . It was the best video I have ever seen of how a swing should work. I started using the "start through re-centering hip/pelvis motions" and it has made a huge difference in speed but also accuracy while playing. I am 72 so not a long drive guy but I play a lot and this move alone gained me 20 yards; huge for someone my age. Do you know where I can find that video? I would like too revisit it for the follow through. Thanks!

Hi Martin you need to get in touch with Titleist to build you a 4deg driver, their ati faces will hold up or so they say at your types of speeds and they are hot, they’ll even build you balls if they want their name coupled with some of the best athletes in golf like you which might be a good thing for them and you can benefit, don’t get me wrong callaway and the products they make are top class but imo Titleist is on a different level
