I run full tank - greataxe and it's nice to see you give the good ol' sword and board a decent shake. I'll have to take another look at shield bash, I find it's decent AoE + breathing room on skellies but not fantastic, thanks for the great vijeos on all the weapons. A high tier revisit will be much appreciated although I realise many high weapon tiers is tough.

Leaping strike into shield bash into reverse strike will do a lot of damage and if you want you can maybe switch to a hammer and continue the cc shenanigans.

Been rocking the spear and hammer as I can keep stuff stunlocked whilst dealing decent dps. Though I am at the moment trying out sword n board with lifestaff ATM for a try of something different

Was doing it in both closed and open beta. Best build overall and most fun. And also, you can easily take on both the thank and a healer roles for the dungeons. Lot of people will love you since there isn't that many healers around and they are always needed. You'll be able to do all of the pve content without problems.

What should I use with full strength and constitution? I wanted to use sheild n sword with hammer is that not a good idea I don't really wanna be a tank but I wanna S&S

Musket is great with sword and shield, im lvl 36 and still rocking it. you can do a lot of damage before mobs even get to you and finish of with sword. plus its good for hunting and pvp wars

The point of CC is to set up big damage. So if you build your character really cc heavy then you need to be grouped up with somebody who can bring the hurt. But it's generally easier to just build your own character in such a way that when you land CC you can put out the damage on your own.

Im running spear + sword/shield. Very good tank with ranged CC and opener and high CC kiting with the spear zoner. Classic tank setup with sword/shield. 50/50 between const and dex. I ignore strength to maximize stat value with dex

@@xaby996 You should definitely run some strength with your Sword/Spear build. The way attribute scaling works, having 200 Dex and 50 Str will provide more damage than 250 Dex (even on spear). BTW, I'm running Spear as my third weapon and it slaps.

i would like to know if you lose much by having the sword without the shield for fights, i'm not much of a shield person...

There's no point in not having the shield. You can still focus on using your sword for damage but the shield is what allows you to block big hits. Please do not use the sword without a shield.

@@AresTheSavage the defense to weight ratio on the shield blows everything else away. Do not forego the shield for equipment load.

Paladin PvE build with a 3rd weapon line for PvP Maybe battle axe and healing staff with sword shield PVE Steam purchase so I'll find out later today. New world here I come!

sure. Three magic weapons, Fire staff for damage, life staff for heals and buffs and Ice gauntlet for cc/dmg mix
