Have you considered making a cover over your trailer with milled post and tin? This would be cost effective. Help keep snow and debris off the roof plus be of use later if your want to move the trailer and have a carport. It would look nice.
@PrincessKryssiQT5 күн бұрын
This is what a lot of people with trailers do in PNW who have their own land. It helps with the rain and snow.
@OurMountainHome3165 күн бұрын
@@PrincessKryssiQTwe plan to build a roof over it in the future. The taller will be moved to another spot, once the pad is built. Then we can build a roof. ❤

@@OurMountainHome316 build two . It would be fast and effective One for now in the present at a low cost big benefits for this winter then another in the spring. The old one could be used for a lot stuff.

Mr Heater Buddy!! Indoor propane heater. They have 3 sizes. The 9000 BTU would be perfect and it's $69.99 (at Menards) there is an adapter that will fit a 5 gal (or bigger just run a hose) so you don't have to use those Coleman 16oz propane. Tanks. It would be perfect...check it out ‼️❤️

We have a double burner one for the top of the propane tank. Unfortunately, propane heat causes more condensation. 😢 And propane is expensive this time of year.

Amber, you seem so much better today than yesterday. You can multitask, you have 4 kids and a baby on the way! A homemade wood stove is a great idea and affordable. I have seen those made out of different size propane tanks. If you do get the wood stove consider putting the flue pipe through the side of the RV instead of the roof. Less likely to leak. A diesel heater is another great option. Happy New Year and best wishes in 2025.

This is what I used to do to help get rid of moisture in our camper. I would buy bags of charcoal and cut them open and put them inside. I tried to put at least one in each room. Sometimes more if I had the extra money. Charcoal is good at absorbing moisture and trapping odors. It has always worked for us. Might be worth a try if it is feasiblefor you. Good luck and God bless.

Keep all the tomatoes in pots maybe that way you can move them. You can make raised beds by cutting the bark iff thicker from the saw mill. Use rebar to keep them up. We did that in Michigan 2' above ground so you can add dirt on top of plastic.

Putting a tarp and drying out the inside is important. I have used Concrobium Mold Inhibitor in my basement. It is not bleach. Also the Damp Rid will help. But, if you can get the inside dry that will help. I am also an avid gardener. Raised beds are my best friend. I am 70 years old and believe in work smarter not harder. You are awesome. Walking is going to help you and your baby be healthy. 🫶💙🫶
