I love your videos. I find most of them are very relavant to what’s going on in my life. I bought a small stepper and have been wanting to do it in the mornings, but I’m struggling as I keep identifying as not a morning person. I need to stop that and I will get out my exercise clothes tonight and even just do three minutes of it tomorrow so thank you. These videos also help me get some cleaning done and help me to enjoy doing it. I always get excited when I see you released another video so thank you for doing all these amazing videos they’re very helpful.

Love the advice of adding something that you are already doing! Example: Even if you are not walking, and would like to start, you can add 5 minutes of walking after your morning routine or as soon as you get home from work. A friend of mine works in an office and decided to put a timer every hour and walk around for a few minutes. That's 15-20 minutes of walking added to her day! You need to choose what works for YOU! We don't have to overcomplicate things like you say, but just adding a few sprinkles of little habits we want to add to our life is the best way to go instead of trying everything all at once;) I added over a month ago a few stretches/yoga before watching t.v. in the evening, even if it's only a few stretches' (5 min). As long, as I did something. Now it became a habit of mine that I love and am committed too every night even if I only do 5 minutes.
