I've worked as a Thrift Store Manager for over 16 years (several yr.s ago). These videos crack me up. If you could only hear me talking to your video as it rolls out! Never leave your shopping cart unattended! And LOL at the pant situation that looked like you should have had a package up front. Try on anything you can before you hit the dressing room. Soon enough you will know (visually) if it's for you. And - the reason they announce the "closing call" is because some people never leave and the crew gets in trouble for over-time. We have found people shopping with cart loads after we shut off the lights! Was that you? LOL I love these videos! Best thing I love about shopping at the Thrift Store is Jeans! I can buy several pairs of jeans for the price of one new "Box Store"pair. Then if I get paint on them or mess them up- No biggie!

I used to thrift so much but I have really scaled back. I went to our Goodwill looking for workout wear. I found a decent pair of Xersion leggings but when I went to pick them up, I saw the price. What used to be $3.69 last summer was now $8.69! For used leggings! And they were all that price. I buy them at Penney's and get them for that or less on special and they're new. It'll be a long time before I go back.
