Mary is 100% one of the best people to be in a Masterchef show, period. She's just so nice! When she said Terry was going home, kind of light heartedly, and Terry actually didn't like it and got mad she didn't complain about "eugh people are so sensitive take a joke 🙄" like a lot of people would. She regretted the joke because it made someone upset and she was empathetic as to why. Cause like, yeah if you're in a high stakes, high pressure competition and one of the best competitors says you're going home today you probably wouldn't just laugh and smile LOL.
