Most people I know in NYC Send their laundry out for service with pick up/delivery. When I lived in NYC on the UES they charged $1/lb for laundry. Saves time and money. So that's why a lot of people don't care about having washer/dryer in their apartment. Many do not use the laundry in the building. They send it out.

I absolutely agree. It’s a lot of work, but my suggestion is for next time. If she really wanted to, she could add the prices/addresses to the video description or write a comment and pin it to the top of the comments (takes less than 10 mins). The reason I said she should add the prices is that people are generally curious about the costs, and it could attract more views. People often seek this kind of information when considering a move, so it's a great way to cater to the viewers' interests and enhance the overall viewing experience. If she decides to do it next time, her audience would likely find the content even more informative and valuable.

I love watching these kind of videos and this one was my first of yours. Just a random thing when it comes to audio I could hear like the cuts and words going over each other at some points. Going in person is key, my husband and I rushed into an apartment. We didn't see it in person, and I regret it so much. We didn't have that many options, but definitely we plan to move out once we can afford it. For sure, the second time around we'll be going in person.

My uncle has an apartment. But he never takes care of it. i once had to have my microwave replaced. It was turning on when the door was opened. One nice thing about this place here, is we have a front desk person 24/7. And psych case manager people here too. There's no place for food storage here. I literally have two boxes on the floor with canned foods.
