Shrimps are wrapped with corn starch (mixed with a bit water) 2 spoons sugar and 2 spoons msg(can’t be salt, it will be too salty then)(if it is salt, then it will be sugar and salt then). Shacha sauce(probably, the red thing added after fried eggs, maybe they already mixed this sauce with chilies, but it can’t be only chilies(that amount of chilies will be really spicy), oyster sauce, soy, Hoisin sauce（maybe, from sauce bottle). Iconic south east Asia food flavor, really salty, greasy, sweet, and spicy. Oh and shacha or curry. I wish chef can at least reduce oil on the top of these fried eggs. But the entire thing still too greasy for me. When the rice is way too greasy it doesn’t taste good.

1) Go get some yesterday rice and mash it a little so you won't need to mash is while cooking 2) blend red onion, garlic, and some red chili *depends how hot you want* 3) put some oil into the pan or wok if you have at let the oil hot 4) put the blend into the pan and saute it until you can smell the blend. 5) put eggs and stir it together 6) put rice into the pan and mix it up 7) put some salt and MSG into the rice 8) you can put some soy sauce if you want but put it before salt and msg. So it won't be to salty / if you don't want to use soy sauce then it's okay too 9) mix it all up until you satisfied with it 10) eat up

I don't despise these dishes, very tasty indeed. But I don't like how people in the comments are stating that re-used oil does nothing, cuz there has been research done on this subject and its has been found that reusing oil produces carcinogens in it, and carcinogens cause cancer. I have a lost a family member to cancer so its very uncomfortable for me to see people pretending that this oil is a holy grail. Yes we can reuse oil and eat things which are fried in it quite a lot. But don't just pretend that reused oil is healthy.
