If someone broke into this house with a gun or break into your car, are you going to defend yourself and/or property? @@iamkesha. what a lot of people don’t understand is that in a lot of these situations with armed robberies in particular, defending yourself and your property often times goes hand in hand. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve seen stories where the victim did something that the criminal didn’t like or the criminal just decided that taking the thing wasn’t enough or that not leaving a witness would give them a better chance of not getting caught. My father was killed in NY because some guy wanted to steal his van that he drove for his small business (his livelihood). In the end of the day, these criminals are people who are willing impose violence on someone who they deem to be weaker than them for some kind of personal gain at their victim’s expense. For those the sake of those victims, their families and any that they would victimize in the future those people need to be stopped by either someone empowered to defend themselves who they may mistakenly target or a police officer and unfortunately, when seconds count cops are at best minutes away.

Many veterans at the time weren't as fortunate having decided to take their own lives (As many still do today) rather than fight the head demons. I served my country and cannot even possess a single bullet, for life ... Today, we own nearly two dozen fast-food franchises in three different states creating hundreds of jobs! Drinking and driving have never had anything to do with 2nd amendment gun rights! Once Europeans came this country was basically built on immigration, largely British but also quite a lot of Chinese in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, plus later on Italians, Greeks, Lebanese, Vietnamese, Dutch....if you're not indigenous and you've raised a family in Australia then you've basically been breeding the original (indigenous) Australians out of existence since 1788 one way or another, we're all in the same boat, unless you're saying that some immigrants (post 1788) are better than others and should have special treatment?
