The Blue Pools of Otago in New Zealand are some of the most beautiful blue waters that I have ever seen. This popular, quick walk is family friendly and a must see for anyone venturing over Haast Pass. The Blue Valley Track is a much less traveled area that is accessed from the same parking area and offers a wonderful immersion in the beauty of the green forest along with a whole rainbow of mushrooms with stunningly vibrant colors.
