Your simply the best! Better than all the rest! That is how I describe NZ too coming from South Africa. Ne to riding. Been riding a Honda Rebel Cmx 500 now for 18 months and love it! Live on the Westcoast and living the dream, one ride at a time! Heading over Alpine passes this weekend to Christchurch. Head up North Island & the roads are crap the worst in my lifetime.South Island has way better roads than the North Island & only ⅓ of the population.Hardly any cops on the roads too. No skin on our battered fish 🐟 like over in Ausie like I got when over there,after that I only went to Kiwi fish 🐟 & chips shop🤣.

I moaned about it to my cousin's who lived there & they reckon to stick to the Kiwi fish 🐟 & chip shops cause they better.

@@TheHarleyRoadshow Totally agree with you , that's why I ride an Adventure bike , the larger front wheel is needed to negotiate the corrugations and that's just on the state highway ! I too am deeply impressed with the roading quality in the S I , it just shows how successive governments have sucked money out of the N I road taxes to fund the " tourist routes " in the south for the last 30 odd years . I live in rural northland and we've had a grader up our gravel road once in 4 years !

THAT WASNT THE BEST FISH N CHIP SHOP IN AKAROA ,…..the locals know to go to the one up the hill where they bring in the catch daily …..Ive tried both shops and the one slightly up the hill is better called MURPHYS on the corner… The pie shop you are after is either one of two places …..Sheffield or Fairlie…..enjoy our beautiful land

Why do we come to australia? Some of us our parents came from there but for others its better weather, more job opportunities and better money . We always miss our beautiful homeland and are fiercly defensive of it. But for some their bread is buttered better in australia

@@TheHarleyRoadshow The theory is the petrol tax is used to maintain the roads. I rode a sports bike quite a bit, I was happy to pay for the roads through petrol tax. It was a damned sight cheaper than having crappy roads.
