As a Kiwi I thought she was amazing when she started. She started by making some real positive change in her first year as our prime minister. Like Obama, she seemed like a real step forward. Over time especially after her reelection she just turned into an actor. She just performs "performative empathy". New Zealand's existing problems have sky-rocked under her leadership. Record house prices to income. Average house price in NZ? $1 million nzd. Average annual income? $70,000 nzd. Record immigration, appalling renters rights, child poverty, inequality, food prices, obesity etc etc by world standards. All she's interested in is furthering her career. This is her job interview for a UN position.
