drove my 0550 onto an ammo can, an oil drum and car doors and it's still in perfect condition, the thing is built like a tank and maybe more durable than most fixed blades out on the market. bought it for $170 and i'm quite sure it'll outclass the newer, overly expensive models. any folder over 200 bucks, i suggest you just buy yourself a used pistol

@@wo1175 Which is really funny because I hate frame locks. I've had a bunch of them fail on me. Two of them from ZT. Never had a triad lock or a compression lock fail. And only one failure from an axis lock, which was my fault tbh.

Hinderer pocket clip screws are not long enough for the ZT393. Have to use the ZT hardware when swapping clips.

The hinderer zt0393glcf with that working finish is perfect for modding. I have some nice green and black linen micarta on mine with green anodized hinderer pivot screw, hinderer pocket clip, and filler tab. I wish that I can get my pocket clip and filler tab screws from zero tolerance because my two hole filler tab is missing a screw and I emailed them 8 weeks ago noting ever showed up. Hinderer pocket clip screws are to short for the zt0393

You literally have to claw/crawl up on the handle to reach the opening mechanism, while carrying tip-down, you grab the folder already where the opening hole, stud or whatever is... I bought a SOG Seal Strike just because I like how it looked but after awhile trying to find a way make it my edc... its quite obvious it is a no go.
