I have a snuggle me organic for supervised sleep but I just wanted to mention in case anyone viewing this is unaware (She does mention in the description that the company does not recommend for unsupervised sleep) but they are extremely unsafe for co-sleeping as they are a serious suffocation risk. Everyone can do as they please of course but there have been many cases of infant deaths due to loungers/sleepers/swings being used for unsupervised sleep. Absolutely no hate towards this channel at all I just wanted to provide info that I was grateful to have heard before I used it for unsupervised sleep.

i know sound machines are more aesthetically pleasing, but when it comes to white noise for baby i found that a fan worked best for us. just a plain fan from walmart, it created a steady noise for baby to sleep to plus it kept the room cool. not cold but cool, i found that baby slept better when the room was on the cooler side. so it was a win win

Please know that they say not to use the snuggle me organic as a co-sleeper. On their website it says that there are warnings against using it for that.
@Averagemom4205 жыл бұрын
Rayna Selvage Thank you for saying that. so many frightening SIDS risks with these “cosleeping” devices!! Babies should always be on their backs on a firm surface in their own space near mom or dad. No fluffy blankets or bumper. I really enjoyed her video except the cosleep promotion!
@juliannaboyles71375 жыл бұрын
As someone who works at a medical examiner's office these co-sleepers terrify me! I do see she put under the description under supervision only.

Just letting other mommas know that Snuggle me organic or any kind of lounger is extremely unsafe for safe sleep. Baby has to be alone, on their back in a crib , bassinet or pnp. (According to AAP recommendations)

Hi Kitty! Just wanted to let you know I'm so happy you somehow showed up in my recommended list on KZbin. I'm from the Netherlands and currently 25 weeks pregnant with my first, a baby girl, and I love your videos. I truly love your personality--you come across as such a genuine, down to earth, and kind-hearted person. When I watch your videos, it feels like a friend is talking to me, because it just feels so authentic and real (and because you seem to have the same sense of humor as I do 😁). Thank you for what you do! ♥️

I LOVE those two swaddles. My baby is 10 weeks right now and we adore them both! For winter babies (like mine) I strongly recommend fleece footie pjs. As for the Nose Frida, I actually recommend the ORIGINAL version, the Japanese one. It’s called a Nose Pigeon (rough translation). It’s available on Amazon and actually more effective than the American version. Another great bottle - boon brand. The silicon insert is great for pace feeding, which is ideal for babies who are breastfed.

I am SO happy I found this video! I am beyond overwhelmed with building a baby registry. We're visiting a BuyBuy Baby next week to maybe help us get a better idea of what all we need but I feel this is even more helpful. We have very similar aesthetics (which is not common amongst the mom-vloggers on YT, I've found!). I just hit my second trimester so I've only just bought some maternity jeans and that's really it. I'm going to check out your other videos! (I really hope you have a nursery tour!) Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for this video! My first is 4.5 months now and we've been super minimalist, but I think when we have our next we will spring for a bouncer or swing. We are loving the bum genius as well! For baby clothes we've got almost everything secondhand then a few new pieces from Burt's bees and Frugi. I've been loving following Harriet's updates, and I'm really happy to hear you'll have more kids! Harriet is such a doll!!

Anyone watching this please do not let your baby sleep overnight in a Snuggle Me or other type baby lounger. Newborns should sleep on a flat, firm surface. Sleeping on a plush surface, especially overnight when you are unable to monitor baby, increases the risk of SIDS. Snuggle Me website states "As recommended by the AAP, NEVER use any baby lounger as a sleep device. NEVER use any baby lounger unsupervised."
