I may have only been watching the sport and supporting Newcastle since 2015 but I’ve never loved a team so much. Newcastle quickly became my #1 team in all sports. I quit watching American football and fell in love with this sport and this team. This is the only team and sport that makes me experience raw emotion. thank you Newcastle United. Look at that. I can still remember the genuine feeling of sadness when we were relegated back in 2009. 2010? My mind is drawing a blank there, I'm trying to forget 😅 and then reading reports that Benitez was about to sign for us, and my brother not believing them, just for the club to announce it. Then that relegation, and the fight to come back up. To the hell of the Bruce days, and the sheer elation of hearing that the takeover was back on, and then reading THAT statement.
