Basically while I feel both of these countries need to grow up and act like adults - I can appreciate if you're going to attack a country... Expect a response, particularly if they are more armed than you... It may not be a good idea. One of my friends left her country, Iraq, because it became unsafe to live in because it was attacked by the west. The same is true of many other countries. In pakistan, the prime minister refused to be a dog to the west and he was suddesnly put behind bars on false charges. Palestine was destroyed and Israel built on the ashes of 500 burned down villages. With eurpoean foreigners given priority over the people living there for years. But many young muslims are now deciding to move to muslim countries because they are waking up.
