Hi everyone ❤️ I'm new to this topic since I had been raised a Christian, it is a bit hard to let go of certain beliefs. I can't see clearly but I think in most of the blurry views, I was a male which makes me a bit sad. I suppose I had betrayed what the female gender has endured during the last two millennia, that we have proof of. Yet, I see like forests, an explorer, a scientist, a medicine man, an Aztec warrior and someone dealing with children and dogs. The name was hard to see since my own mind was putting the letters. At the end It made out something like Arkleb or Arkled. The library man turned out to be my grandpa. Does it get cleared the more we do it?

I am not a visual person. I don't see pictures, or have visually based experiences. But, I did wake up in the middle of the night with an insight that felt very deep and profound after falling asleep to this meditation. Do not worry if you can't "see" things. Pay attention to how you feel, thoughts that come, voices in your head that just sounds like your own voice, like you are just thinking something that came to you...

+Carol Ritchie Thank you for your great comment Carol. There are lots of people who don’t “see” things but they may feel, sense, hear or just “know” things. They may even have thoughts in their head that are not their own but these thoughts matter. It is always better to keep a journal when you meditate and write everything down, it may not make sense at the time but it will do at a later date. Namaste 🙏🏻😊🙏🏻😊🙏🏻

I’m the exact same way I feel blind in all these but I can sense the colors and things around me, I did a shamanic journey that led me through a forest to meet one of my guides I couldn’t see it but I knew it was a bear and I could feel his presence, he didn’t say anything but I felt the words “Be you” flash into my subconscious over and over then I became a tree and could feel the earth

I get flashes of images, I go into a deep hypnosis and get taken out of it with flashes of memory that I can’t really seem to make out. But it happened the other day randomly when I was napping and I just had a feeling I knew I died in a car crash. It’s happened the other two times I’ve tried past life regression meditations. I don’t know what the others meant. The first time I did it I got traumatized and I don’t even know what I was looking at.

I was a "Peace Tree" named Zoltan in 600-700 BC. I had no leaves and needed no water. I was huge, and people came from far away lands to sit near me and gather healing, wisdom and peace. They decorated my branches with fireflies and at night my lights were as large as a village.

I did this meditation 2 years ago and a name came to me , i looked for the definition but couldnt find anything, 2 years later, i couldnt remember the name at all, i completely forgot it , did this meditation again and the same name appeared , this time found a meaning for it and wow, it describes me completely , it is an amazing experience. I’m not gonna lie what hit me was honestly Pocahontas, idk or a warrior I don’t even know that I was female but I was seeing me protecting wild animals and I remember hearing my name it wasn’t even a name to my knowledge that I could repeat. I saw how big my book was it was larger than some creatures in the ocean and the writing was as so bold and beautiful. The images like blurry flashes of videos though that were the hard part to make sense of. I feel my experience went all past life too.

I like this meditation. I skimmed a couple of past lives. In one, I was a presence in space, my energy encompassed an entire galaxy, and I was absorbing all the harmonies of the universe and it’s where I learned harmony and music. In another life, I was a pocket of exuberant joy in space, like a bubbling sparkler. In another life, I was an advisor in a city of light. I had a form but not a body, I was translucent and could go formless and free when others didn’t need to engage with me in the advisor capacity.

I fell asleep right after the body relaxation part and woke when putting my book back on the shelf. That's my way of knowing I'm not supposed to remember what I wrote today but I did keep trying.I heard a low, vibrato voice twice and I didn't know what it was saying but I loved it. So calming.

This guide worked. I tried another video twice w/o anything unfolding. I thought of paying someone to access my records, but that seemed a mistake. I saw myself as a civil war doctor guiding dying soldiers back to universal connection. I saw and felt the deep loneliness of separation and aloneness, only to realize I was a blade of grass among billions of blades of grass. Blowing in sync entwined in the sun and full of light and connection and love. I saw me in all different bodies throughout time, wrapped in a lover's entwine, connecting others and reminding all that we are never alone. That is my purpose, that's why I came.

I intuitively picked up the name sapphire, I saw a stream flowing through a forest and a girl collecting stuff from the forest floor. I don’t think I had a family. I did have a soulmate but we were somehow forbidden from seeing each other. He lived in a commune type village and I would lure him into the woods to spend time with me. Maybe I left this village and we were no longer able to be together. He came looking for me one day to find me dead, it was very untimely and must have been an accident. This boys soul is a familiar one, I think we’ve been partners in many lifetimes. Nonetheless she seemed to have loved her freedom and her connection to the forest, a magical essence indeed!

I’ve never experienced a meditation like this! It felt like home…. It felt like I was heavy & light at the same time and when I came to my lake of life… a lake I’ve never witnessed before, a lake like no other, a lake that felt like home. As I dipped into this lake, I felt earthed and hydrated, like a beam of light penetrating and healed all of me; I get wet and dry at the same time; I felt like I was floating and swimming. I felt like the death and rebirth of her. And just over the grassy hill was her village, her people, her love, her children and she became the wise woman of the town. Omg! I just can’t begin to explain what I felt. It felt like, the journey she took, being banished from her original village (the matrix) for being wise and speaking truth, led her to a journey through a magical forest, hills above the ocean, other villages that loved her but still didn’t totally see her. And then, when she stumbled across this lake and took a swim; she just knew she was home, and home was just over that hill. Wow! I wrote all this down in my journal, as much as I could remember. ThankYou for this meditation and I shall be doing this everyday and write my story along the way. ThankYou again.

omg... when I was a little kid I had a dream that my name was written in a big, leather bound book. with all of my deeds and characteristics inside. I was in a huge library. I was told everyone had a book of their life. that I was not allowed to read other people's books..... it was a recurring thing for about 7 years..... never knew why or what it was though!!! 😂

I was somewhat in resistance until I felt my soul leave my body. I tried to awaken to stop it but I could not. I floated into the air. I saw the book with my life in it. Ive seen the library in my session. The front of it has gold columns with hieroglyphics on them. It was peaceful and beautiful. Everything was gold. I was the only one there. It was amazing.

Amorith, that's the name the book called me. Amorith brother to Michael. I seen glimpses of Ancient Egypt and Northern Europe, also some ancient writings on a wall which looked like runes. I was told to just focus on the name Amorith for now and nothing else. When I started doing that my left arm and hand started moving out of my control, which has been happening lately everytime I connect with my higher self but nothing like this. And on the way out the librarian said "Welcome back Brother of Michael". This is the second time Michael is appearing during a meditation in a short time span. This was wonderful, thank you.

I didn't see any book and I fell asleep, and i'm very shocked and open my eyes right away when you start talking after the long pause. you left me there for me to study my book but I fell asleep instead. i'll repeat this, i love the way you make my body feels like floating in the air. thank you

When I opened my book and looked through the pages I saw all kinds of images appear in my mind's eye. One image I saw was like a picture drawing of a little kid standing next to a hut-like house with a straw/grasslike roof and it looked indigenous. And when my name showed up in my book it said "Iolana" and apparently Iolana is a Hawaiian female name for "Soar like an Eagle/Hawk". The crazy part is that before I even googled any of the imagery, all the images connected and basically told me that I was living somewhere near the ocean. I saw myself submerged under ocean water, dark maroon/brown colored mussels (which I'm guessing that was my favorite sea food at that time), volcanic rock, and obsidian at various times throughout the meditation, and butterfly wings. And interestingly enough, the last time I watched Disney's Moana a few months ago (it wasn't my first time watching the movie), I suddenly felt such a deep connection to the culture to the point the movie actually brought tears to my eyes (which is weird because I'm a black female who's got no Hawaiian relatives and I've never been to Hawaii before. Or at least not in this lifetime. Lol) This was a very cool and interesting experience and I'll be giving it a listen again to see what else I can find out. Thanks for uploading! :)

I just did this for the first time. Meditation is hard for me because of mind-chatter. I couldn’t see the book binding, but I could see the old pages. I ran my hands over the pages and felt their fragility. All of the sudden, tears just started flowing and I felt a peace, a knowing, but didn’t see any words. It was almost like I wasn’t ready yet. I’ll keep trying...

I just tried this for the first time, I was sort of sitting upright which made it harder to relax so I wasn't able to fully enter a meditative state. The only thing that really happened was that a tear fell from my right eye right as I was about to open the door to the Akashic records. I will definitely be trying this again! There was something in that hallway with me before I went through the door. I could only make out its eyes in the darkly light corridor. They were orange and yellow. Almost demonic like. They only watched me it gave me a small scare but it wouldnt approach me. I asked them to let me go through the door and they left but they followed me almost like they were to guard me from something. The eyes made me feel like they belonged to a snake. My book was pure light sky blue, old and stitched together with a beautiful red ribbon covered in gold etchings. This book mark was my current life and moment. The whole book was written in some weird sigil like language I couldnt read but felt comfort from. The first page was beautifully written there was an image of a beautiful sun over looking a forest in the top left corner. In this forest I saw an old man holding a wooden walking stick with candles on the top of it. He walked through this forest until he reached a magnificent tree. The old man knew I was there but said nothing. He seemed to understand the tree, this forest was very old. I just dont understand.

I could not fully see my name on the book, but I felt my souls essence, which was "hope". I saw myself being born as a boy around the 1800's, having brother and sisters, and memories of school and Christmas, one of my family died of sickness, I felt it was a brother. I grew up and had a family, they were around me when I died... I saw myself between lives. I was born again as a girl, I was loved so much. I had a horse and rode it all the time. I learned how to cook watching mom. I married a dark haired man that owned a store, and I had a baby girl. I loved her so much, my husband died in an accident, I then saw myself sick and surrounded by family, I died happily. My final story was I was fighting in combat, shooting a rifle. We were losing, and bombs were exploding, then I was dead. I then tried again to look at my name, but was drawn back to reality. Thanks, will go there again... reminded me of Trinity College library. Thanks

When my son died I got to visit heaven. This was one of my many visits, but in this visit I had to sign into this big book. And wait. There was a red carpet....and a rope i had to wait behind the red velvet rope. Time is not measured like it is here, there. One day here could be like 15 years there. So even though i only had to wait a few minutes there...it felt like hoursssssss. Almost like every minute here is 1 hour there. Literally. The pages of the book were like resume paper kind of. But a bit thinner. It was brown leather. I saw a list of my childrens names, who had died and children who were going to die in the future...of mines. 😔 But...i signed in to visit the one who had just died. I saw my husbands name on the list.... I know at some point he will die and i would get to visit him, but i didnt look at the date to know when he would. Well....after losing our first baby...i ended up losing 2 more. Who's names were actually on the list. So.... I will say. It is a very real book. Every person you get in contact with...every relative, friend, child....grandchild. Its all there. It looks like a office. And theres alot of metal office cabinets that hold files and folders for every ones life issues. The angels get folders...to complete jobs in the folders for people who truly need it. My son...he had gotten married. His wife was beautiful and she was very happy to meet me. I asked him if he remember me...he said of course. Your my mom. And smiled. I asked him if he liked it there... He said yes. Life is better there. That he loves heaven. He was very busy. He had his own office. He had on a nice suite. All i could do was smile and say...ok. After that, i didnt cry like i did before. Although I do wish he was here...he insisted it was better there and he wouldn't have had it any other way. I thought my body failed him. That i was the cause of his horrific death. But...he said, no. 💛 They really work alot...the angels. They are open 24 hours (our time anyways). They never close. 💛

Several times i have seen what seemed to be a woman's eye on several occasions and a man's eye a few times. The female eye had beautiful lashes but as she looked up i saw tears running down outta her eye onto her cheek. The other eye seemed to devour things and people it looked at into the center of the eye. Weird i know but i seen it nonetheless.

I was a man, living in an ancient time. I wore very old leather sandals. I seemed to be in a small village, very simple and rough. Suddenly I felt crippling fear and strong emotions - I did not feel safe. I did not feel as if I were being personally attacked yet, but watched as others fell. It felt like the village had been raided. I do not know what hurt me, but I felt myself falling and slowly dying. I felt peace and acceptance fill me. After a few minutes I felt my soul rise, and I felt it in my body, as if I were floating freely. Everytime I do one of these I get a different vision.

I wasn't able to see my name. There were no words on the pages. All I saw were clips of me in in various kinds of outdoor setting. First in a garden, then in the woods, and then in an open field. I heard the words "you cant tell anyone" in another little girls hushed voice. But it was so free spirited and warm I could feel the warmth of the sun on my face. It was a nice place to be. I definitely wouldn't mind going there again! I was enjoying my time there so much so when the voice came back it startled me. When it was time to leave I suddenly felt the coldness of my ac blowing down on me. Hopefully my next visit I will get more information! I cant wait to visit again.

I had the same kinda experience. I saw there was scripture written in the pages but I was unable to see my h it was blank. Also wasnt able to see my name or any writing, but got an image of something that I used for many lifetimes and the voice of the librarian actually came through because I had to start asking questions, and he also said, I started only using images later in the book, and items, as it holds memories, and that I said never to tell anyone as the discovery would unfold like the petals falling from a flower and it would mean a lot more than just being told. I had an experience once while meditating during the peak of an intense mushroom trip. I saw countless words streaming past me in a void. I started focusing on individual words instead of the whole river of them and realised that I could "see" every single memory ever associated with that word, and it wasn't just my memories it was all of them. Then after awhile of doing that I realised that if I focused hard enough I could "see"/experience every single word at the same time, simultaneously. For awhile I sat there experiencing ridiculous amounts of information and memories and it felt like It was way too much for my brain to handle. I then stopped medidating and experienced the rest of the trip. Took a few days to recover mentally from that one!

When I first glanced at the book there was just a smooth surface, so I had opened the book to find a blank page, when you stopped talking to let us just take in the experience, I flipped back to the front of the book and I started sounding out in my head slowly "Ashando" had now appeared on the book. I didn't find more insight (that I know of yet) but I will keep trying. This is enough to satisfy for now.

Let me preface this by saying I'm neither very spiritual nor am I an impressionable person. I just enjoy meditation and exploring my mind. So, because hypnosis usually doesn't really work for me, I decided to try "a more unique variety" of guided meditation. I thought nothing will happen and I'd be glad to get a good relaxing night sleep out of this. I've never felt anything like this before to be honest, but at one point a rush of energy went through me. I didn't see anything else, but I heard/felt/experienced my "true" name. It sounded like gibberish to me initially, but I looked it up and it's a name with hindi origins meaning god. I'm Russian, I've never been interested in anything relating to India, so that was definitely something unique. Thank you!

I just started listening to your guided meditation. I usually lay down in the mid-afternoon and do my mediations/chakra clearing, etc. I swear I do not know where I go when I listen to this. I am not tired mid-afternoon so I do not drift off to sleep but both times I have listened I somehow never make it past the first 5 minutes and I am gone someone and I return when the door is closing and I am being directed backwards through the colors. I am fascinated and I am really going to try really, really hard to stay cognizant the next time I listen.

Thanks for this beautiful meditation...My name was Emanuela and I was a countess living somewhere in the English countryside in 1862. I had two children and a good relationship with my husband. I was running the household and the farm. I was loved by the women of the town/village and they always came to me for support. I started a business that empowered me and the women that I cared so deeply for. I started a little sewing/knitting shop and soon we got orders for fabrics and we made money. As we started selling more, half of the women rebelled against me and left the shop. Soon after, they started saying bad things about me and how I operated the shop. They started lying and seducing buyers into not doing business with me anymore. I lost the contracts and had to close down the shop. My husband advised me to take these women to the court which I did. I saw myself transforming into a depressed woman, with no desire to live, isolated and not wanting to deal with anyone (not even my kids).

Hi I wanted to say thank you for this guided meditation. You have the most relaxing sounding voice and very peaceful!!! I have used this meditation 3 or 4 times now. I really like how you go threw the colors corresponding to the chakras!! When I got to the library I could only see 1 book each time I did this meditation but I think it is because I have a very young soul, which I have always kind have felt I had a young soul. But in the book my name was Luana which I googled and can either mean in Hawaiian content or happy and in German graceful warrior and in Albanian from the word luan meaning Lion , so Luana for female. Which all seems to fit me plus I am a star seed from the feline race on Sirius. Also during my meditation I was taught how to do some hands on healing, which in this life I am a healer ( massage therapy ) already and in the process of leaning Reiki so this was all pretty exciting to find out. Can't wait to do my next meditation!!! Also I was wondering if you take requests and would make one for meeting your Twin Flame, I really think a lot of people could benefit from this!!

Ok, so my experience with this meditation, first time. I was able to find profound amounts of peace and even visualizing. I was in the room, I was everything I was asked to see but when I opened my book… I seemed to see native flashes to animals and me as a girl or warrior not sure. It was flashes of an almost cave man like story and I feel like I was seeing myself in my past. It helped me make sense of my spirit and why I have such a while primitive nature. I may be finally seeing flashes of my past. I believe this guided mediation took me there and allowed me to see some of my book but I drew a blank and saw nothing when I tried to continue flipping. It’s like I was only given that for the time being. I’m unsure but I absolutely had an experience from this. Visual 30% but I could still see everything for the longest until it pulled me into the book and I was having trouble seeing some of my pages.

Thank you for this wonderful guided meditation. I have had a deep longing to know my name. I've practiced this meditation a couple time over the last couple of days. The first time I had a relaxing sleep, second another sleep. So today I was determined to make it right through, once I had greeted the beautiful librarian and he walked me to my book, I couldn't see anything but swirling symbols, then I repeated, I would like to know my name, I waited, saw myself as a Korean woman. then I was in India and my name came through "A'dam Veen Ramul" 🤯🤯🤯. I didn't want to forget my name so continuously repeated it out loud as I out my book back, thanked the librarian and shut the door, putting the lantern back, walking down the hallway exiting the first door and shutting it. To then opening my eyes to write my name down. What blast, I'm going to practice this daily. Blessings everyone 🙏💞

@@crystalbruno3124 it kinda worked for me the first time, but that's bcuz I've been doing the Gateway tapes for a couples weeks now....With some people, sometimes, it takes time and practice for the mind to get used to establishing a connection with that other realm. My connection right now is kinda weak and scrambled, but I'm getting better at it with each try Also, it's better if your stomach is kinda empty or if you're fasting, or if you're not having heavy or inflammatory food that day...It's also kinda important to be clean and make sure to take a shower if you've had sex or ejaculated or (if you're a woman) had your period prior!...Also, it helps a lot if your in a stable emotional state, like no over stress, anger, or anxiety that day. Just be chill!

I did everything exactly as you said. Visualized everything. But I feel like I didn't see it out of the blue. I feel like I imagined everything. But yes the moment you told me to visualize lights of different colors I could do it but my eyes kept flickering. I could also see a few things ahead of you telling me to. Like the door. Before you said it. I could see it already. I could see akashic records written on the door at the end of corridor before you described how the door looks. I could already see it. Couldn't read my name clearly (something starting with A and containing the letters RNL) The book was in a weird but beautiful script (kinda like hebrew letters) In my first life I was a man who went to war, got injured and died on a hospital bed (not really hospital, we were in a warzone). In the second life I was a woman of color, I had children, my busband died of illness and I died shortly after. I loved him deeply. In the third life I was a girl in a wealthy family. I met a boy and we married and lived until old age. At this point I completely forgot my name so went back to try to read it again ARNL was all I could understand from the writing. I found three past lives the last time I did this. I was a Chinese concubine named Yang Guifei (the name I was shown was Taizhen actually, but Google led me to the actual name), a Native American named Running Horse(? not sure on the second part) and a woman named Alice or Allison Swanson who died in a housefire trying to save some children in the 18-1900s. The librarian was getting ready to show me a second book (I'd wondered why there was a large gap in my timeline) when the meditation ended. Hopefully, I can see the second book today. I went way, way back to when Earth was new. I was a guardian of all the vegetation and wildlife. It was tropical. I had more of a shield of armour than skin, no clothes needed. Feet had thick pads on the bottom. Beings from other planets used to visit all the time and we all lived in perfect unison. All these wonderful memories people are sharing! Toward the end of breathing and concentrating on the colours I suddenly became aware of how at peace I felt and how heavy and soft I felt. I also became aware of how slow my breathing was, so I gave myself anxiety with those realisations and had to peek out from behind my eyemask into the daylight to know I was safe. It made me realise that I am sooo used to feeling constantly anxious etc that when I suddenly wasn't - I'm not used to that feeling and it freaked me out a little. Which means I just need to let go and keep trying. I listened through but didn't get the same results since I was more conscious. I thought that I wouldn't be able to see anything and I had trouble concentrating and was rushing when following the guidance, but when I got to the soul name I saw my daughter's name...and I was about to give up thinking that I couldn't concentrate properly when suddenly, from the book, surrounded by symbols appeared ,,Vanesha''. I froze, it was so unexpected. And then a black and white outline of some kind of flower appeared also from my book. I didn't know what to make of it, didn't know what flower it was or what color, and the image stayed with me for a while. I must have fallen asleep, or I don't know, but I saw myself, a different human body, as a beautiful little girl sitting on some kind of a very small boat, a raft ( it was made of a shiny wood like rattan, a sharp front, pointed upward and where we were sitting we had like a rattan canopy with a back, very interesting ,I have never seen this type of raft before). Next to me was a blondish boy about the same age who was trying to pick flowers for me right from the water bank. They were the same flowers I had seen the outline in the book after my soul name - a sea of bright yellow and green was next to us. And as he was leaning to pick them for me I said : Be careful brother. I looked online and the flowers are Caltha palustris (Yellow marsh marigold). We were dressed in dark brown clothes -like chocolate, a material like gunny/sack , very primitive stitching -both wearing dresses, but I just knew the boy and myself were from a good family. I don't remember anything else, like a period in time, just that I felt an immense love wash over me when I woke up and remembered this scene, especially the boy. Like I had never felt before. It was so beautiful. I had a previous karmic regression and in that life I remember everyone was dressed almost identical, except for a man, the father of my daughter in this life, who was standing and watching the scene dressed in clothes like these two children from the boat. He didn't belong in that life, he was like a spirit watching. The most interesting part though was that I had flashes of many lives, the last one was in Tokyo ( I was watching the scene from behind), me as a mother waiting for a train, but it was high in the sky, and my baby was in his pram but I couldn't see his face and as the train arrived I bent down and looked at him and said something to the baby, the doors to the train seemed to take forever to open and I don't remember anything else just a feeling of misery and unhappiness. The time was scarcely in the 2000s, I didn't know if it was 2001, or 2040.... just 2000s. I was born in 1986 in this life... is it possible to see future lives???

It was own name, Yvonne. One page I was an archer laying next to a girl I have seen in other meditations. I have great eyesight and shoot an arrow at a target far away. Then next page I start floating up, hanging onto my bow and arrow still. I have wings. Then I start shooting at couples and hear "Eros". Then Aphrodite shows up and takes me to the planet Venus. I connect with the beings from there and its shown I am called to bring Venusian energy to Gaia. I am not sure if I imagined this or not until the next morning I see a video that says your name is your soul purpose and guess what? Yvonne means Archer. My middle names are Sabrina and April. Guess what they mean? White Rose, which apparently the Rose was named after Eros from Aphrodite , and April is named after Aphrodite. After this meditation I've had numerous out of body experiences as Eros working with Aphrodite, during the exact same time Magenta Pixie said the Aphrodite Codex was coming in, earlier this summer. This works!
