That's it!? The seller could get 4 million easy and it would still be a great deal. My ex's daughter and her husband (he's a commercial and chopper pilot from Colorado she's a PNP/pediatric nurse from Ontario so they can find jobs just about anywhere) have been looking around a few cities for a change of scenery and to raise a family, New York and Vancouver are their top choices, maybe San Francisco, but every place they really like is around $5-6 million, about a million or two more than they want to spend, this would be perfect for them at $2.6. Gonna copy this vid and pass it along.

Thanks for watching! The primary paint is Benjamin Moore's CC-20 Decorator's White (Satin). The wainscoting is painted with Benjamin Moore's Abalone 2108-60 (also Satin).

One can only imagine what the original plaster work must have looked like. Hamptons style kitchen is nice enough but really boring. High marks for that rooftop deck.
