Hit all the right brawlers but I think they should've nerfed Kenji's gadget instead of his super recharge-rate, I LOVE how with Surge's new charge rate it's actually like a fifth level on the fifth super, for Clancy I would've preferred if they nerfed how easy it is to go from level 2 to 3 instead of level 3, as I feel like it's brutal to get out of level 1, than you get to 2 and BAM you get 3 really fast, ASH and SPIKE BUFFS LET'S GOOO

So let me ge this right They add a brawler that has a decent amount of hp, has a fast ammo recharge, can get his super in 5 shots from his main attack,is immune to every damage when he is using his super, can heal from every main attack or from his super, has a free get out of jail card every 5 seconds, has a gadget that can heal him even more, and has a spash type attack, with decent movement speed and decent attack radius and the only nerf this brawler gets is that his sp shield damage reduction goes from 90 to 60 every 5 seconds and a small super charge nerf? Yeah im not gonna play this game

If Hank is able to heal while charging his bubble, it'd make him way too oppressive and annoying. He'd have his bubble up at all times and you wouldn't be able to push into him whatsoever. If they revert the healing nerf, they'd either have to butcher his stats or make him not be able to attack through walls (which is his gimmick as a brawler)

Honestly Kenji is hard asf to push, idk if I'm just bad but I found it easier to push surge so I think a rework would've been more a propriate

@unruh_8470 I pushed him about two months ago in solo showdown, no teaming obviously, so you kinda just assumed stuff you know nothing about, though I guess I'm just not used to melee brawlers plus the fact that Kenji actually takes skill, not like edgar or kit so no I wouldn't say he's broken at all he's just really strong but easily counterable when you have more than a braincell

The described nerf to Surge is a 50% nerf to the charge rate, not a 33% nerf. It would be accurate to say that pre-nerf Surge is 33% better than current Surge, however.
