Now of course, I don't disagree with your position, as it is important for professed Christian artists to be clear about the message they convey, but I do know for a fact that the Newsboys are a not-ashamed group (they even have a song about that). Maybe not all of their songs are blunt, but if you look up their testimonies, interviews, and song-meaning videos, they don't really waver from their faith (especially the current lineup). And obviously you are delusional if you want to compare a name on a profile and a lack of a picture to sugarcoating what the Bible actually says my friend. All do respect. I'm a fan of the newsboys. But with that said. I'm sick n tired of western Christians making excuses for the churches and so called Christian bands out there who do sugarcoat the gospel. My post is to let everyone know what it really says in the Bible because unfortunately there are so called Christians who don't even read the Bible. No where in that song does it say repent or even suggest it. So stop making excuses for newsboys.

This was way before God's Not Dead! This is the 2002 lineup of Newsboys. Michael Tait was in his own band at the time (but he does make a guest appearance in another song in this concert).
