A federal Judge she ruled July 2 the State was Unconstitutionally and Ilegally suspending license, The state was Unconstitutionally and Illegally makeing outrageous reinstatement fees she gave the State 60 days to reinstate 150,000+ license regarding PCCRutherfordSettlement.com while officers was looking for the Waffle House shooter, an officer stopped me he had Prior Knowledge of My suspended license and I looked "Suspecious" I had all my PCCRutherfordSettlement.com paper work for my "Dispute" for the "Fairness" hearing I don't find this shooting Justified at all, and Honestly While This Sheriff is still being negligent and dangerous Sheriff Arnold from PCCRutherfordSettlement.com and his famous "It's not about the money, it's about your debt to society" is sitting in Prison writing trump seeking a Full Presidential Pardon, Prison Reform, Blameing Obama for Over Crowded Jails, and asking for Stricter Fraud laws meaning more actual evidence to convict rather than the typical evidence they use, not to mention The Man Hunt for Kirby Wallace ended in him not getting shot and that man Had killed people, sat homes on fire, stole cars and wrecked em, week long man hunt and even in that week long man hunt hid still putting folks at risk stealing breaking into homes, with a Loaded gun in his pockets And him putting his hands in his pockets and admitting he was gonna shoot They never shot his ass, Michael Dials wife and Jason Kirby need to get the PCCRutherfordSettlement.com attornies and forgive me but not the petty Tennessee ones.

This is absolutely sickening! If you pay close attention to the "upset" deputy when he's in the vehicle, he looks dead at the camera and that's when he becomes "emotional"! This idiot was not upset that he shot and killed a man, instead, this idiot looked at the camera and realized that it was recording, then put on a show!! I work in law enforcement and have been involved in highspeed pursuits before and if something like this happened in the city I work in you can bet your ass someone would be charged. At know time did they say the suspect was armed ,yes a vehicle is a deadly weapon but it was stopped when they opened fire so we're was the danger. I've seen other videos of this Sheriff and I really think in his mind he's in the wild west. I really don't know how any D.A can watch this video and say it was justified.

Why haven’t you guys released all of the body cam footage so that viewers can watch everything that happened (in the view of the body cameras) and then make a more educated guess of what the viewer thinks then. Instead of only showing bits and pieces of the body cam video... I mean from what it sounds like, it may have not been justified however, without seeing all of the body cam footage then it is difficult to be able to state a more educated view of what happened during that entire incident

I think everyone involved in the murder of this man should be fired and prosecuted as such. To my understanding the determining factor for deadly force falls on the hands of those actually involved in said crime, how is it possible for someone else not on the scene to tell those on the scene to shoot someone, that what they're training is for. This wasn't a hostage situation were a sniper was asking if he could take the shot, this was a traffic situation were they flat out just assassinated this man and the city attorney is just having the sheriff's back no matter what he does, this is that us against them mentality the world is talking about as plain as day!!!
