This question is to JVP Lawyer : Why do all regiems in Sri Lanka that come to power, as their first & foremost duty, abolish or dismiss the former chief justice, chief of the police, chiefs of all forces, former ministers, their secretaries & chairmanships of all minstries & other respective government institutions & appoint new chiefs to said vacant positions? Can anyone answer to this? Answer is simple. The new regiem incuding the president, prime minister & all parliamentarians need fullest freedom for them to carryout whatever they want in their circle of power & they ensure that they are well protected by the newly appointed heads, who are their very close buddies who head those institutions. Whoever in the country comes seeking the justice against wrongdoing of this regiem & its heads, they are abolished, brutally punished, destroyed, ashtrayed & vanished. That is the ultimate duty of foresaid chiefs who took oaths to protect the politicians by hook or crook from the people who seek justice. We must demolish this regiem somehow with the support of the judiciary (its no use that we carry out protests infront of the parliament, president's office, prime minister's house, on the roads etc. It's time that we initiate protests infront of the supreme court itself seeking the due justice, those judges cannot go against the true voice of the people, they simply cannot call the police or forces to stop the protests ) & simultaneously get the whole 225+1 culprits & their buddies punished & charged by enacting the law & order of this country.. This question is to JVP Lawyer : Why do all regiems in Sri Lanka that come to power, as their first & foremost duty, abolish or dismiss the former chief justice, chief of the police, chiefs of all forces, former ministers, their secretaries & chairmanships of all minstries & other respective government institutions & appoint new chiefs to said vacant positions? Can anyone answer to this? Answer is simple. The new regiem incuding the president, prime minister & all parliamentarians need fullest freedom for them to carryout whatever they want in their circle of power & they ensure that they are well protected by the newly appointed heads, who are their very close buddies who head those institutions. Whoever in the country comes seeking the justice against wrongdoing of this regiem & its heads, they are abolished, brutally punished, destroyed, ashtrayed & vanished. That is the ultimate duty of foresaid chiefs who took oaths to protect the politicians by hook or crook from the people who seek justice. Those criminals & their famillies are well looked after by the politicians & they are well protected too. This has been happening since we gained the freedom in 1948. At the outset this was not that serious & brutal. But now it has turned out to a vicious cycle where regiem after regiem that comes to power has been violating the justice with no dignity or any sort of affection towards the people of this country & its judiciary. These politicians & their criminals do not hesitate to use their power to gain whatever they want for their endless greed to be in power & to fulfill their mad desires of seeking endless wealth & so called selfish happiness.. Those who could understand this phenomenon which is the ultimate truth of this whole catastrophe should address this scenario conciously & seek the support & intervention of the united nations & other local - international institutions, civil movements etc that promote & protect democracy & bureaucracy of corrupted countrries like ours.
