@@vallati3591 not fake, just not "official" or "original". the snes has a EXT port, which was supposed to be used for a expansion to CD. the japanese Stellaview used it tho. The pinout is probably known, and if you can inject video, capture controll inputs, you can mod a PS1 onto this and use the SNES as a dummy. The PS1 boots and notice the boot region? its sais: "PSIO" which is not normal retail but a well known PS one hack device that connect to the PS1 extension port, probably used for loading games differently.

@@ninjapwnsatlyfe It seems to be a real CRT, the geometry shifting (and geometry issues overall), the picture lagging behind where the camera is pointed while it's shaking around, and electron beam being almost level with the video tell me that at least. But yeah, apparently it's one of the last CRTs ever sold commercially (since Thomas Electronics still made them as of at least 2020 when I last checked), capable of receiving digital broadcasts, so if that's what you meant, you're correct.
