I saw on Facebook that during the vigil on the 5-year-anniversary of Dulce's disappearance, there was a man alone, talking on his cell phone, and then maybe realizing someone was taking video of him, he quickly walked away. The thing is: he looks like the suspect drawing. Even wore a similar ball cap. He has long hair that he wore in a ponytail. I am wondering if the PI is aware of this?

Arrest Dulce's mother already. She left her unattended and didn't "notice" her missing for a while. I've never believed anything she's said and my gut tells me she was involved in her disappearance. Noema Alavez Perez was 19yo when Dulce was 5yo and her son was 3yo which is disturbing on its own. As a teen mom, she was obviously not equipped to raise 2 kids. Her mother seems ignorant and from the pueblo where having kids at any age is acceptable. The whole family is questionable...

At first, I was very judgmental like most of you here in regards to references of it’s definitely the mother and let her go to jail but when tragedy hits in the public eye, it’s brutal. I say this from personal experience. Dulce’s mother was very young I think 19 when her 5 year old went missing & she had other kids..I believe she had mentioned to be in the car a few feet away calming down the younger sibling. 19 years old or so and two kids? As a grown adult with teens it’s overwhelming let alone two young kids, not to say she was attempting to get rid of her kids but she, herself was a kid. And if there were any indication the police or anyone else involved in the case thought the mother to be involved they would had known by now.

Yes the story about the boy taken he remembered begging lured from the park with a promise to get candy but after that when he never went home the mom who kidnapped him told him he was adopted his old family gave him up. He was young so he probably believed her. There are other kids kidnapped and told the same thing that their mom is dead or didn’t want them and he they usually change the kids name and most time the kid is so young they don’t really remember their last name or their parents names (other than mom or dad) and would have a hard time looking them up later in life. This kid was what 6 when he was taken … he probably didn’t even know what state he lived in when he was taken
