I have far less faith in the judicial system than you do, especially given recent events. The District Attorney herself publicly announced she would dismiss her own citation, only to later state she would refer the investigation of her actions to a neighboring county's District Attorney. It's quite probable she has a personal relationship with that DA. Furthermore, her actions were captured on camera, and despite this, her only response was to issue an apology. Even more concerning, the supervisory board above her has decided to have the matter investigated by the very same DA she mentioned. This raises serious questions about transparency, accountability, and the integrity of the investigation process.

She is what’s wrong with our country. There is no excuse. This is a clear example of entitlement and she needs to step down from public office. The apology is B.S., brought about by advisors or handlers. I’m a republican and am disgusted with her behavior.

WAS SHE HIDING SOMETHING IN HER PROPERTY??? SHE SURE SEEMS SHADY

This woman shows so much entitlement she should never be allowed to be in law

FIRE HER NOW. Her excuses negate the completely bogus 'apology'. She's vile.

Tired of people thinking they above law. She needs to be held accountable as anyone else would be

Then she publicly talks about her husband’s “frightening medical concern”! I wonder how many phone calls he had to take from friends, relatives, coworkers, neighbors, etc asking him about it.

This is a clear-cut case of " who needs to get fired"!

Let’s not forget she was driving 50 mph in a residential neighborhood 😡 She could have *killed* a child!

Justified due to the bad day she had…like she cares about the homicides over the weekend.

I had a friend who died at the end of his street from someone who was driving slower than her.

We all have bad days and stress too, but we would have gone to jail. Probably thrown to the ground with much force and be charged with several criminal violations.

Definitely

She says no excuses and then proceeds to list excuse after excuse.

In the end she gets away with a $183 fine for speeding, felony eluding, resisting arrest.. Not to mention abuse of office

She showed her true colours and her breathtaking entitlement. Typical narcissist. She needs to resign.
@Lily19754 ай бұрын
No excuse to act like that. And she is not ABOVE THE LAW.
@HWG-wm8ld4 ай бұрын
Clearly she is above the law. Two felony charges and I bet she was drunk, we would be finished.

@@HWG-wm8ldThis. She should be sitting in jail.

If they don't lock up this woman then they shouldn't lock up anyone. This has become so big that the American public NEEDS to see her in handcuffs and charged

The laws cover EVERYBODY, or nobody at all! No more 'two tiered' justice system!
@chadrupert44564 ай бұрын
She needs investigated! She’s not the type to resign! She needs FIRED! “Don’t you know who I am?” Nobody cares about you having a bad day! What if a kid jumped out in front of you while you were driving 55 in a residential neighborhood and killed them? The way you talked to that police officer is DISGUSTING! It’s too late for apologies now Sandra. You already F’d up! You should have been cuffed and taken to jail! ANYONE else that’s the minimum they would have received! Fleeing from an officer during a traffic stop? Ignoring police siren and lights? Walking into your home after the officer told you to stay at the back of your vehicle! You were so ignorant that day! But you are privileged! You’re THE DA! “I’ll take that ticket since I’ll be prosecuting myself”! Did she ever pay the ticket? Sounds like a conflict of interest!

Arrest her, too. She fled and eluded the officer. Anyone else would’ve been met by an officer at gunpoint for what she did. That’s a felony.

How come the video was released after the Plea deal, who was the prosecutor, and who were the judge?
